I typically carry a pair of snow cables when I'm in the mountains but with the purchase of a Tesla recently, I was told that cables are not suitable. Driving from Southern California to Lake Tahoe in the Tesla I had to look for another option and cam across snow socks. After a bit of research, I settled on these and am glad I did. On the drive back at the end of December, we hit a big snow storm to the point where I witnessed 2 accidents. When we finally got to a place to safely pull over to install these, it honestly took no more than about 10 minutes to have both of them on. Driving in the snow storm was a breeze and I felt very safe even with my family in the car. Made it home safely, hosed them down and dried them in the sun, ready to be used again next winter. Highly recommend for that just in case situation.

Not too difficult to put on, seemed like they were gonna be really great at first. Just used them for the first time today, good traction, but one of them is already in complete shreds.😩

Worked great on icy roads with black ice on the drive to Lake Tahoe. I Did not use in deep snow but I used in snow 6 inches or less . Socks went on in less than 5 min. and CHP did not have a problem with the Snow Socks. Great Product.

Worked awesomely . We could get up and down our hill in first try -otherwise would be trapped . Shared with neighbors too .

I recently ordered the snow socks for my 2014 Versa Note (15 in tires). We have a pair that we were impressed with how well they worked and wanted another pair to keep in this vehicle. We recently had six inches of snow, which for West TN, is a lot. My husband put these on the night before the snow easily with no issues. The socks allowed us to get to and from work with no issues for two days. We did loose one, but even down one, allowed for safer travel with better traction.

I got these in case I got stuck up the mountain in snow with bad tires. Right now, I've got a fresh set of tires so there really isn't a need for them. However, once I lose that tread, these will come in handy. I've also got a set of chains if these aren't up for the task. From what I've seen though, socks perform well in the snow, just not in ice. These socks are great for when you need some extra traction but don't want to fuss with putting chains on.

Fits on a Tesla front tires easily, super light and compact to carry vs metal chains, comes with nice case and install gloves as well!

I put these snow socks on my car and lost control of the break when running the car. It smell like the wheel was burning. We almost died due to this stupid socks. It’s not safe.
