Good product, I have bought it many times and even though it doesn't taste that good, my children have to eat it. At first they didn't like it, but now they accept it.

This is a decent quality chewable supplement for your kids. The taste might not be preferable to your kids since it has somewhat bitter taste, but it is doable. I like the fact that it has a good amount (not too much) of supplement for kids to absorb. Solid 4 star if you are looking for supplement like this for your kids.

I ordered these for my son. He doesn’t eat as many vegetables as I would like so I am hoping to fill in any cracks. He says these taste okay but he doesn’t really love the taste. I think of these as added vitamins and nutrients more than being something that will make him grow taller. Not sure we will ever see results but I certainly ly don’t see any harm in him talking them.

I ordered these for my teen, not realizing that they contained ashwagandha. This ingredient has a lot of benefits, but there really haven’t been studies on the safety of use in children/teens and I wish it weren’t part of the formulation. The rest of the ingredients are solid and it’s made the USA so I’ve been using them for myself. They do taste good.

These chewable vitamins are a good source of added nutrition in a preteen-teen’s life. They taste a bit chalky, but I love that they are not gummies. They do not upset the stomach at all, and can be taken with food or without.
