There were multiple problems with this order. I recommend you avoid this item and perhaps this seller. Problem #1 - the item was supposed to arrive in just a few days. However, the tracking information provided some entertainment as it indicated the items went from New York to Ohio, back to New York, back to Ohio, and finally back to New York.I was then advised the item would not be delivered because the seller didn't pay enough postage. I contacted Amazon and was issued a full refund. Problem #2 - about 10 days after getting my refund from Amazon, I received a notice that the item was going to be delivered. Sure enough, a day or two later, the item appeared in my mailbox.I was very happy, but it didn't last. Upon opening the item and putting in the batteries (not included), this item provided nothing other than blood oxygen level and pulse rate. It does not provide A1C levels or current glucose levels, and that was the reason I purchased it. So, in a nutshell, the product doesn't do what it was advertised as being capable of doing, and shipping was a cluster. It got one star only because you can't leave zero stars on a review.

ordered it for the Glocose Meter and it can in with out it just the O2 moitor. told me to hold it and they would send me a replacement FREE of Charge and never did DO NOT BUY bad customer service and never work for what i wanted

It does not turn on. I used different new batteries and still don't turn on . At first it was said the meter was lost ,then last night it said was being delivered today or May 5th but i got it today 4/2/2025. Meter also took a month to get it .

It said it was a blood sugar and 02 reader but the one I got wasn't it was just a pulse and 02 reader

This is just a cheap Pulse oxygen meter you can pick up anywhere for about $10. It doesn't read glucose in any way as it falsely advertises. It is also sold by other vendors under the same false claim. Disappointed that amazon allows this type of deceptive marketing on there site

First Order was not delivered as "item lost", second order was delivered a week after a notice that it was delivered to our mailbox.Product misrepresents the ability to measure glucose level. It does not!

Very disappointed in Amazon. I shop with you because you have been reputable. However, you are letting false advertising on your “Sponsored “ sites. This product only checks blood oxygen levels and pulse. It does not check blood glucose levels as it is advertised. Very disappointed. ☹️
