This product seems to work fairly well. It is easy to take in its soft gel form. It doesn’t upset my stomach or leave a bad aftertaste and gives me extra nutrients to that I may have been missing from my diet. I don’t like to eat my carrots so beta carotene is an extra bonus. My hair and skin appearance have improved since taking this and I appreciate that greatly.

I have not seen any difference. I’ve been taking for about a month.

The capsules are big but smooth and easy enough to swallow which matters when taking them daily. After a couple of weeks I started noticing my scalp didn’t feel as dry and weirdly my nails looked less brittle which I wasn’t even trying to fix. Noticed some minor differences in the mirror that gave me enough reason to keep going without overanalyzing it all. The scent when opening the bottle reminded me of roasted seeds in a strange way but in a good earthy kind of way not off putting. Took them every night with water and sometimes with a small snack just to avoid any uneasy feeling and that worked for me. Nothing extreme happened but the subtle differences in how my skin felt and how I started feeling about taking care of myself again made the experience worth it.

My nails were always breaking but now they're so much stronger. The pumpkin seed oil must be working its magic. Will keep buying!

At my age, prostate health is important. These capsules help and don't upset my stomach. 300 softgels is a great deal for the price.

The combo with saw palmetto seems more effective than plain pumpkin oil. Very happy.

Tried other brands but this one gives you way more capsules for your money. Works just as well for my hair and skin needs.
