It really works. After a month of use my hair is no longer heavy shedding. Also growing back new hair. Only thing I would say is 3000mg is I feel is too much. I only take one pill a day. Do your research.

Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seed seem to be a popular formula for prostate health among other concerns. This is one of many such formulations. I have found similar such products to be quite effective for my own concerns. This product seems to provide a great value for the price.As is the case with most supplements, make sure this fits your health profile and check any to make sure that the ingredients don't interact with any pills you may be taking. It is also important to be aware of the dosage and usually I tend to err on the side of less is more. I tend to prefer these oil capsules to the try herb variety.It's a well packaged and convenient product and might be worth consideration if you have a need of Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seed.
