Great traction and stability. Lasts about 10 days and are easy to apply
These have been a game changer for my 15 1/2 year old dog. It really helps her keep from slipping on the floor and gives her more confidence when turning corners! Last about 10 days and are so easy to apply to the pads of her paws.

May need larger ones on the front and smaller on the back, depending on the breed.
The concept is good, but because of the hair between the dog’s toes and the difference in paw size between the front and back (for labs), the jury is out on whether they are a good solution. They should not be used for outdoors, like on walks on hot pavement, because the adhesive gets very sticky and they are sometimes difficult to remove. They do seem to help old dogs indoors on slippery hardwood or vinyl flooring, and they don’t seem to bother the doggy. I think socks with grippy bottoms may be better? Honestly, for senior dogs with weak hindquarters, either are better than nothing!

Just ok
Works well enough while they’re on, but don’t last very long. For me and my dog they last around 24 hours

Great for hardwood floors and the dogs who grace them!
We did a house renovation that included hardwood flooring in all of the rooms (rxcept the two bathrooms). ) Our 15-year-old sweet doggie had trouble with the newly refinished and increased harwood flooring. She slipped or completely lost her footing doing anything other than a slow walk in a straight line. These paw pads are wonderful! She can walk, trot, turn around without difficulty or unease - she is so much more confident and comfortable. We typically get 2-3 days (sometimes more) per pad. We have chosen to simply replace one that has fallen off or become out of place on her paw. We have also found that it is better to clip the fur shorter between her "toes" (although not necessary); it is for her comfort and the pads stick on better. Recommend this product. Found the non-slip booties or socks just aren't comfortable for her. Incidentally, she weighs 30 lbs (sometimes a little more) and is an older girl. We got the Size 3 and it fits perfectly.

Given life back to my 13 year old, arthritic dog. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My Golden Retriever is 13 and lost mobility in her back legs and was put on steroids to help her, which they have but every morning and several times throughout the day she would whine and fuss for me to help her up because she was unable to get up on her feet. I've purchased booties, tons of rugs, purchased a sling to help pick her up but the easiest was placing my hands under her chest/belly and lifting her and holding her until she felt confident walking. She's around 110 lbs. and a few days ago I pulled a muscle in my abdomen, thought it was a hernia but thankfully not but I looked up more options. Got the pickme up harness and these sticky pads for her paws. The sticky pads for her paws arrived the next day. I had no faith they would help her up, much less stick well to her paws. But I put trimmed the pads of each paw yesterday all around her toe pads as usual, then I applied the stickers to her paws and then she got up and walked around. She seemed genuinely happy and thankful. Since I put them on her yesterday she hasn't needed any assistance getting up, or this morning. I am just shocked! I give these a 10 out of 10! Thanks again and I will be ordering more in the future, right now I think each set will last several days or even a week or so because they stick so well to her feet. Gosh I could cry, this has helped her so much.

These paw pads work!
Love these! Wish I had known about these much sooner. Really good for dogs with longer hair through paws (mine is a Shorky). My dog is 17 and wears athletic leg support. The leg support helps a lot but he was still slipping on our tile, even with fresh grooming. Bought these paw pads hoping they would work. They are a small miracle and really help keep our “old boy” from slipping. He even runs around a bit more now, knowing he won’t slip!

Did not stay on paw pads
Had the correct size, followed all instructions, and even trimmed all of the hair away from the paw pads, but the protectors only stayed on 2 days.

XXXL Size Way to Small For a Great Dane - Update 08/21/2020
UPDATE: 08/21/2020Now that we’ve been using these a few days I can add a bit more information.1) cutting the adhesive patches into 4 and sticking them on the individual pads was a bad idea. They don’t stick very well at all and most fall off by the end of the day. Placing the entire patch on the paw - even though too small - works much better.2) adhesion is a problem. When they’re on, they work. Keeping them on is the issue. Even applying the entire patch to a paw, they still fall off after two days (at best), then must be re-applied. This is particularly true if the dog spends anytime outside.Original Review:Purchased these for my aging male Great Dane. His bare paws slip around a lot on the hardwood floors, and thought these pads might help. They arrived today. Immediately they lose a star for:1) There were no instructions so I just had to wing it based on comments and reviews from others here on Amazon. OK, so I can figure out how to put them on, but . . .2) even the XXXL size is way to small for my Great Dane's paws. To be fair, at 190 lbs he is way over the 80+ lb rating of the XXXL size guideline, but that's as large as they come. So order I did.To make them fit I had to cut them into individual pads for the 4 pads on my dag's paw. So instead of 1 adhesive paw print overlaying all 4 pads of the paw, the adhesive paw print was cut into 4 pieces and stuck to each pad separately. (hope that makes sense). I'm not sure how well they will stick this way, but it's working so far.The good:1) My dog doesn't seem to mind wearing these. He doesn’t even pay any attention to them at all.2) They definitely help him grip the wood surface of the floor. When he goes to get, up his legs don't splay and slip out from under him like they used to. Big thumbs up for this!I'll come back and make updates if things change. Until then you can assume this is working for my dog.
