I was installing some rain guards on my truck windows and it came with some basic VHF tape. That tape fell off almost immediately, even with the prep work down to clean the area. Searched online and found that this was what I needed. I tried just a small section and it held on tight. Tried to remove it to put a bigger piece on the area and that was a struggle. I eventually got it off with some acetone and a scraper. One word of advice when using this, take your time because it works so well that removing it will be a hassle.at least you know whatever you're using it on is secured.

Excellent product. Pro tips: more time = better adhesion; use a surface prep if applying to plastic; rolling after application to one side promotes adhesion.

Had to install cameras. In my tractors for insurance purposes in using this tape, the camera stuck perfect to the windshield.. it’s been a while now that we installed them and the camera is still on. The windshield never fell.

I bought this to re-attach my "JEEP" badges. I never liked the chrome badges especially since there is no other chrome anywhere on the Jeep. I wanted the background (outline) to match my wheels so I painted it bronze. I wanted the foreground to match the other accents so I painted it black.After re-assembly of the two halves. I had to add the 3M adhesive tape to the back to put the badges back in their original location. It was a tedious process to trim the tape with a razor knife as needed to fit the letters, but I got it done and it all turned out great. See the before and after photos

The stickiness of the adhesive is very durable. I used this to apply carpet pieces to our stairs so our dogs won’t slip on the hardwood.The ease of application is a bit challenging as peeling the protective tape of is nearly impossible. I have tried bending it, splitting it in the middle, using a razor, wiggle it, but I eventually just have to rip it and lose some tape in the process.The value for money is spot on as the amount of tape provided certainly exceeds the cost. If I purchased this at a local store it would have cost twice the amount.

This is probably the best holding double sided tape that I have ever used! Our daughter got us magnetic door stops for a couple of hollow core doors. Within a day or two both parts of both doorstops had fallen off. I ordered this tape, and it is amazing! It holds TIGHT. Hasn't even budged a bit! Now searching the house for other things that I might need a little extra hold

I have used 2 sided tape many times over the years for various tasks. One of the hardest applications ison furniture corner protectors (to keep toddlers from being injured when the fall on the corners of tables and furniture). I had some of these corner protectors and installed them a couple years ago when we started having grandchildren toddlers. All the different corner protectors we used have eventually become dislodged as the kids push/pull/bite on them. We have a new grandchild, so I wanted to renew the corner protectors. I carefully cleaned the 'old' corner protectors (I used a knife and Goo-Gone to remove the old tape, and Isopropyl alcohol to clean the protectors and furniture surface) and bought a few new ones. In all cases, I used this very sticky/rubbery 2 sided tape to attach the corner protectors. Not one of them has become dislodged (even though the latest grandchild seems to want to use the corner protectors as a hand-hold to try to climb up on the furniture). This tape is very gooey and sticky and hard to cut. But if you want something to stay put, clean the surfaces properly and then use this 2 sided tape.
