Great shoe
I became hooked on crossfit about a year ago. Now I go 5 times a week, and I find myself looking for the right gear to help me along the way. Because I've really needed to step up my running game, and the only running shoes I owned were 2 years old (ouch!), it was time for a replacement.I have been wearing nano 3s for a while, and found them to be a good quality, dependable shoe for wods... except for those with running. But I liked the reebok crossfit line, so I decided to give these a chance. And I find them be even better than my Nanos. When I first put these shoes on, I thought they might be a bit too small. Five minutes later, they felt like they were made for my foot. During workouts, I immediately noticed that I felt more comfortable on my heels during lifts with these shoes. They are light and supportive for running. The only bad thing I can say about these is that they sometimes feel like they slip off your heel while jumping (double unders, box jumps, etc.), but that hasn't resulted in the shoe actually coming off. I haven't had them long enough to know how they will hold up over time, but so far, they are a fantastic shoe. These are probably going to replace my Nanos in the long run.

Work well for lifting, but does not provide much support for high impact Metcon or WOD
Have been using these for crossfit and am pretty satisfied so far. They work well when doing jerks, snatches, squats, cleans, etc.; however, I find that they do not provide as much support or cushion when doing exercises during the warm up or metcon such as double unders, running, and box jumps. Overall, they are a good shoe, but if you have sensitive feet and need arch support or more cushion when doing high impact exercises, you may want to consider another shoe. I still plan to use these on days when the WOD or metcon does not require high impact exercises (cleans, jerks, wall balls, rower, etc.) and will just wear my running shoes when the WOD or metcon has running, double unders or other high impact moves.

Great shoes for your WOD
So far I really like these shoes. I've had them for a little over 2 weeks & they're exactly what I needed for my WOD. I used to lift & do everything with regular running shoes & my back suffered from that. I've been able to lift relatively heavy as well as sprint & even do box jumps with no problems. They do slip at the heel though but I'm not sure if that would have been fixed with a smaller size or not. Otherwise, great shoe. These will be my go to show from now on.

Cool shoes
Love these. I do P90x and they are perfect for the Plyo days. They have good padding and support for the jumping, but are still relatively light. I have a high arch and feel these to be quite supportive. They're also great for short runs on the treadmill. I absolutely love the yellow and have had many complements. My only complaint is that they can be a little slippery on certain surfaces like wet, polished concrete and that is why I only gave them 4 stars.

Very Comfortable
Perfect fit. Very comfortable for running, jogging, waking and jumping. I read a few reviews listed about these shoes and was surprised that some stated the shoes fell apart or they don't hold up under workouts. I bought them anyway as I liked the construction of the shoes. These are my gym shoes only. I were them strictly for their use. When I run I wear them. Not for long distances as these are contstructed for "Sprinting" and my feet feel good in them when running as it has great support and cushion. I will purchase these again when I wear the supports out.

Great shoe!
These are great shoes. I do Crossfit about five times a week. I have both the Reebok Nano 4.0 and these. I prefer these to the regular Nanos. Much better for running and I've had no issues for lifting either. I've seen some other comments that these are not great for rope climbs, and I haven't tried them for that yet; I've always just used my regular Nanos as a preventative measure against that. Overall, I find these much more comfortable than the Nanos. The fit is just as expected. I do find that higher socks work better to prevent against blisters on the heel.

These shoes have been okay so far. They aren't as narrow as the Reebok Speeds I replaced them with. Doesn't seem to have as much padding in the soles. Will have to wait and see how long they last. The biggest issue I have with them is that there needs to be another eyelet at the top of the shoe (around the ankle area) so that the shoe can be tied a little tighter and conform around the heel and ankle better. There isn't enough "grip" around the heel/ankle area without that eyelet to loop the shoe string through so the shoe moves up/down the heel more than it should, which can sometimes make it feel like the shoe is going to fall off.

These are good, I went with my normal size because I read they run big and they do but I always buy my workout shoes a little bigger.. I have better luck that way. I am not a huge fan of the reebok because I don't like the look of them but for cross fit, running etc these are what I need. For everyday just to wear I prefer Nike....
