Lotus Foods Organic Moringa Brown Rice Pad Thai Noodles, 8 Ounce, 8 Count

They turned out amazing, better than brand I’ve been using. They are not starchy at all. I SOAKED THEM in warm water 30 min. And then drained. I didn’t rinse them because the water was pretty clear. For Pad Thai, cooking the noodles is not necessary. The noodles were firm tender when I was done with the dish. I purposely didn’t want to overcook them because any rice noodle can get mushy. This is a Healthy Pad Thai that incorporates zoodles and lots of veggies. I used 1 pkg. of rice noodles so they won’t be prevalent in the photo but there’s no big globs of stuck together noodles here. These are a keeper. I’m half Italian but how I love my Asian Food. Yum. Highly recommend.

It's so easy to make delicious meals with these noodles. I am not a good cook, but my kids love it when I throw some vegetables and tofu (not my personal favorite) into these noodles with some yummy sauce. An egg or two scrambled and added afterward is super. (Again, I'm not a good cook! :)

Tastes great. Better than other brands. I have to cook a little longer than directions call for but I will reorder then.

Packaging is very very thick which is great for storage. Quality of noodles refreshing, nice and compact versus rice noodles sticking with a mess when coming out of the boiling pot. Lovely product I just reordered a bunch.

Very good noodles, the green label is the white rice variety and takes a bit longer to cook than it suggests but the quality is excellent.

A wonderful noodle substitute for gluten free folks! Totally yummy and doesn’t fall apart. Great texture!I’d used the rice for years but just learned about the noodles!!

Our family enjoy them very much. Very pleasant smell and taste. The only problem is they stick together a lot while cooked in hot water.
