I use this mct oil everyday. It is high quality and tasteless in my coffee. It is the brand I recommend to family and friends. The included spout makes measuring very easy and prevents spillage.

I am on my second bottle of the Caramel flavored MCT oil! It is absolutely delicious! I do feel that I have more energy and it does curb my appetite! I haven’t lost any weight but hopefully it will start helping with that soon. It is a little pricey; I would love a discount…..😂

It is USDA Certified Organic, it comes in a glass container, it has a higher amount of C8 and is not as aggressive as others we have tried. I am absolutely going to continue to purchase this item. It also comes with a pouring spout that has a lid perfect for keeping the item free of particles and readily available to pour! The MCT oil also dissolves great, it is an oil, so of course it does not completely dissolve in water/coffee etc. However, it does mix in much better than alternatives we have tried.

Very Good Oil Good for Children on the Spectrum and it as no taste

This product is okay. Taste is not great and I normally like vanilla flavored things. I don't drink coffee, tea, smoothies, or shakes so I can't mix with that. Description did say you could mix with soda (which I like vanilla flavored), but I pretty much had to chug it due to the aftertaste to get it down. It tasted better with my Coconut Water drink I have in the mornings but I have to continuously shake the bottle to keep it mixed. I asked seller if I could just do a tablespoon by itself - I could handle the taste/aftertaste for one swallow. They never answered my question and just suggested mixing it. I have not used it long enough to see any other benefit. Just beware it does not taste like you think and most definitely has an aftertaste.**Seller saw review and offered me a refund which I accepted. So far I have not seen any results or feel any different. I don't have tummy upset or any side effects like in the comments. I may try the unflavored to give it another change, but definitely will not buy the creamy vanilla again.
