This is a good rope, spins well, is good for tricks (sideswipes, criss crosses etc) and has a nice overall feel.Given 4 stars instead of 5 because:1, The rope is adjustable, but once it is made shorter it is very difficult to adjust the rope to a longer length again so make sure before shortening the rope you measure the length required for your height and then shorten the rope to the appropriate length. I would not recommend this rope if you will require the product to be adjusted frequently for people of different heights.2, I find the handles to fell uncomfortable and cause a slight cramp in my hand when jumping rope for an extended period of time, although I have smaller than average hands and it may just be a case of getting used to the feel.Other than that if you are looking for a good jump rope this in my opinion is a good choice.

This rope is a classic boxing rope. It is great for beginners or more advanced fitness skippers. It's lightness allows beginners to focus on learning technique & rhythm without the difficultly of a heavy rope. For tricks this lightness is also great. The rope has apparently been used by pro boxers like Floyd Mayweather. Basically if you are learning or using for fitness/boxing footwork you can't go wrong. There are more advance ropes but 90% of people would do well to get one of this one.This is actually my second rope. My first was far too heavy to learn anything! Don't make that mistake if you are a beginner. Heavy ropes are basically for conditioning. Highly recommend this one.

Purchased this rope in March and have used it for 20 - 30 minutes a day, about 3 - 4 times a week on a rubber crumb surface. The rope is lasting exceptionally well with no signs or wear or signs of it breaking. I have used cheaper ropes in the past, but they always seem to break after a few weeks use. It also feels nicer and smoother than other ropes I've used.

Bought this rope because I go boxing two to three times a week and also use a rope in the gym to warm up. It's fair to say it gets a lot of use.Unfortunately though I've only had it four months and it has already snapped by the handle. Bit annoyed by this because other than that it really is a fantastic rope. Great weight and smooth to use.

I skip the rope once every second day for 6 full minutes with all the styles and at high speed. After 3 months it got broken (literally cut on the part which is in contact with one of the handles). I bought it again but it's almost gone again. I knew that but you get what you pay for.

This is by far the best skipping rope I've ever used, not sure why people are saying that the handles break, they must not be using the rope properly. I skip very fast and I've not had any issues whatsoever. I've even tried the beast ropes and I've not when doing criss cross and other tricks the rope can get tangled but this rope moves really smoothly and doesn't tangle. Excellent product!!!

Purchased this item because of the "good" reviews it had...hard to fathom those "good" reviews after using this product.Bought it for my wife and I to use because the length was adjustable...her being 5' tall and me 6' tall. The length can only be shortened...once it's shortened that's it...it can't be lenghtened again. The rope bit is made out of plastic and gets all twisty and curly which makes it catch on your feet while you're skipping...not good! This product really deserves No stars...1 star is too good of a rating for it!

For the price this is an excellent, well made rope - delivery was superquick too.It is made in a way in which the handles will not cut into the rope as it turns. The rope itself seems to be made of a reinforced plastic. It is very easily adjustable and is suitable for use by taller people (I am 6 foot and shortened the rope to a suitable length - it could be left longer for those above).The rope is slightly lighter than my previous one but this is something you will be able to adapt to quite quickly.5/5
