I always ate berries and beets or took dark fruit polyphenol supplements and these seem to have a strong target. I didn't notice until I ran out for a week. It was subtle but less energy and motivation definitely. Expensive, but apparently my system needs or wants the nutrient and it is worth it.

Only used for about 3weeks and stopped due to GI symptoms that weren't worth whatever future benefit might be gained. Didn't see any short term benefits, but didnt really expect to in this short time. Not sure if Biotest offers a satisfaction guarantee if you order straight from their website. Might be worth checking in to. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend blowing $60/mo on this.

First off, I’m seeing a lot of reviews that say the buyer didn’t get any noticeable results. One bottle is about a 14 to 20 day supply- if you see big noticeable results in that amount of time, whatever you’re taking is a drug, not a supplement, because that’s simply not how supplements work. This is a nutrient partitioning agent, not a steroid. That said, you have to have a meal plan dialed in and be on a program if you want something like this to do anything for you. I’m on my second bottle in my summer shred and I do believe this product is making a difference.A buddy of mine has been taking this for a few months and hasn’t switched his meal plans or training regimen, but has cut out a fair amount of fat in a few months and swears up and down it’s this product.

I love Biotest products but I question the quality of the MCT oil in indigo. Very hard on the stomach. And for whatever reason I can’t get a refund and the seller refuses to respond to me.

I am slow to notice any changes in my body's appearance but I think this is working in that respect after a month. I even gained a few pounds in that time with no other substantive changes in diet and training. I also notice a significant lower back pump in the morning after I take it (comparable to after having done heavy deadlifts).I am definitely on the bigger end of the bodybuilder spectrum at 6'3 325 lbs maybe 15% bodyfat. I have read articles that suggests it works better if you are already pretty big?

I have been using this now (4 capsules before morning workout and shake) for about 5 months and starting to see results. As the website says, this does NOT work immediately, but with consistency, I am seeing results. The big drawback--it is expensive as hell and the bottle lasts for less than a month taking 4 capsules/day.

C3g was studied as a supplement for eye care. That's why I bought it. As for its claim about lean muscle and carbs, I cant say for sure. It seems like it helps, but I also started a cutting regiment with low calorie protein powder.
