Great back up plan for filet Mignon during pandemic, but not as good as my butcher. Very tender and worth the cost.

The person I got these for as a gift is a culinary magician and he made the most fantastic meal with them. Such food is all in the skill of preparation, of course...but he said these were superb cuts of meat. These filets came quickly and are individually wrapped so easy to freeze and take out when your ready. Easy to cook on the grill or in the pan. Delicious!

My wife has food problems at times. She is in-love with these more than she is with me! Go Figure? Well, I gotta admit, they are a TON tastier than I am … oops!
