I noticed the difference to my stress levels after one day. Highly recommended

My "go-to" pills for a restful night. This company also produces pills specifically for sleeplessness but I find that these just take the edge off and I'm able to sleep well. Haven't tried them yet during the day so don't know if they will make me sleepy. Will try them when the next "stressful" situation arises. Really like that the ingredients are herbal.

This product works to calm and helps you sleep. The one negative for me is that focus the next day is not great and need to be extra careful when driving.

I bougt this product before, and it works. I chose this particular brand because it is authentic and it has been around for a while.

I have just come of antidepressants for nerve pain.they gave me tons of side effects messed with my brain they was nortriptyline.So I bought these and thought they may work they are only herbal. Wow omg they totally relaxed me love them thanks

We had to very sadly say good-bye to one of our Westies recently - he was 13 and had cancer. I really do not know how we would have got through it without Kalms - we bought day ones and night ones. The thing I like about them, is they just take the edge off - they don't make you numb. Highly recommend in times of stress.

Excellent product for helping me manage my anxiety. I have to take more than the given dosage though to really feel enough of an effect though. More like 4 at a time.

Only used once; for a really stressful situation and they worked. I hope I don't need them again. No after effects and I didn't feel pot of sorts at all when I took them, just calm, which is what I needed.

I've started taking these because I've had bad anxiety on past driving tests. Anxiety is a horrible thing whilst on a driving test and not enough people actually talk about it. The biggest obstacle can be anxiety in passing that test. Now on these I did a mock test yesterday with no minors at all! They really help. Fingers crossed I pass my test on Monday. Noticed on these I no longer get shaky hands at times either.
