i like them they help my feet a lot only thing is the magnets come off after wearin them so long thinkin i should get a free pair but anyway i felt like i had somethin in my shoe took off my shoe and it was one of the magnets yall need to fix this problem

I work in a warehouse 8 hours a day on hard concrete and have been looking for anything to help my aching feet. I gave these a try. At first it feels like you have marbles in your shoes. After an hour or so I actually thought they may work for me. However after a few days my feet began to bother me more than before I started to use them. I have not used them for a few weeks now and I still feel the pain in my arches from when I wore these inserts. Hopefully that goes away sometime soon.

these were delivered on the weekend. Against my better judgement I decided to put them in the shoes I'd be wearing that day when I was out setting up my garden. I was working outside for 8-10 hours and my feet never bothered me once from the "lumpy" liner. I'm not sure how much it helped because I wasn't in pain but I believe in reflexology so I have to assume there was some benefit from wearing them all day like that. I was sure I'd have to come in and change back to my old liners after a few minutes - happy surprise...lol

I was cynical. I have chronic pain in both of my feet from arthritis in my ankles and plantar fasciitis. I purchased these thinking, "why not?" To my surprise, they seem to be helping my pain levels.

The magnetic inserts have helped with the pain that I have been experiencing in my legs and hips. I am very pleased!

Brought these for my husband because he stands all day and so far he says they have done wonders for his feet and body. He ask me to order a back up pair
