This is good product for those who want to have a post workout protein shake that's not obtain from milk. The taste is not as sweet as the whey protein, but whe mix with fruit it improves a lot.

I love this protein powder - it's a perfect meal replacement when I'm in a hurry. The vanilla is great straight up, but it also blends well with fruit flavors.
