Good food warmer for a commercial kitchen. keeps the food warm for 15 hrs with no issues. You have to remember to drain the water nightly to not rust out the components.

this warmer has stopped working. the actual warming coil has broken in the middle.. I would not recommend anyone invest in this warmer as I have only used it for 6 months.
