Insert opening rod into newly cut tube end and puncture the inner foil seal. For best results, once the seal has been punctured, use the opening rod to widen the inner puncture hole.

Impressive Non-Toxic Silicone Caulk!
I've used many different brands of silicone caulking over the years, but Eco-Bond's is, by far, the very best. Very low odor, and the smell is not at all offensive to me. Cures quickly and is an effective caulking. I keep some of this Eco-Bond silicone caulking in a Big Horn 19407B 15cc Glue Injector, purchased from Amazon, for small work. The cap on the Glue Injector keeps the caulking fresh for a long time.If you have need of a good silicone caulking, I strongly recommend Eco-Bond's Non-Toxic Silicone.

Good silicone sealant alternative
Used to seal up windows.Works fine and it's true that it does not fume like regular silicone.HOWEVER, it does smell and take about a day for the smell to dissipate.We had to open doors and ventilate or the smell was quite irritating.I think the company overdoes the hype about being low VOC.Regardless, I will probably still buy Eco-Bond products.

Love this stuff
I'm very sensitive to caulk, but did not react at all to this, even though it had a slight smell when applying. It was easy to apply, dried well, and then has no odor or off-gassing.
