Tutorials, screenshots, & how to's to buy bitcoin, set up a wallet, and trade cryptocurrencies on the market!
Aimee’s book is exactly what the title says it is, a beginner's guide to trading and investing in cryptocurrencies. I’ve read other books on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading where there was just much "filler" information. This book is well structured and explains only the things that matter - how to buy Bitcoin, trading cryptocurrencies on exchanges and how to identify profitable ICOs to take part in. What sets this book from the rest is her step by step tutorials with screenshots on how to buy bitcoin, to set up a wallet, and to trade cryptocurrencies on the market using Poloniex. To top it all off, Aimee included technical analysis so you can learn how to read the charts - this book over-delivers on value and saved me so much time on researching!

Best book to get started in cryptocurrency investment
Of the 7 books “beginner's” Kindle books that I have been through on the topic, Aimee Vo's excellent book Cryptocurrency Trading & Investment is the best in my opinion. Her book offers the right balance of background, technology, investment & trading strategies, with guidance on top performing coins. This book differentiates with great step-by-step examples to get readers in a position to participate in the market.Unlike most other authors on the subject, Aimee brings her previous experience as a trader to bear, helping beginners to understand and apply fundamental analysis and technical analysis to cryptocurrency markets.Highly recommended.

Best beginner book I've seen
The basics were discussed in relatively simple language. The examples provided were well presented. The book does contain numerous, minor typos and could use more editing.I did find it troubling that the author didn't include information as to what resources and procedures are needed if the investor wishes to cash out of a holding.i'd also like to see a section on the legal responsibilities and fiduciary liabilities of the various wallets, exchanges, etc. Absent this information, one might see crypto as an unregulated crap shoot.

This is one of the best introductions to the subject I have read
This is one of the best introductions to the subject I have read. It is well laid out and full of important knowledge with virtually no fluff (except for one small section that was accidentally pasted twice) If you are just getting started this is a perfect introduction. If you have a little experience with crypto you will still find practical advice worth the price of the book. I could not recommend more highly. Thanks to the author for compiling this wisdom (especially the section on fundamental analysis of crypto.

A great book that covers everything crypto
I picked this book because it was a second edition and I wasn't disappointed. The second edition is relatively up to date with trends being post crypto boom plus shares an optimistic view for the industry as a whole. This book was ideal as I don't come from a trading or crypto currency background therefore it's given me some confidence on what crypto currency is, a background about the coins & tokens, trading strategies (which I found fascinating), how to get started with your investments, ICOs, useful resources and how to deal with tax from your positive and negative investments. I'm going to read it a second time as there's definitely a few takeaway gems that are worth it.

Good for beginners, but beware of dated material
It's a good book for beginners in crypto. It has an easy-to-follow method for investing and detailed explanation of "what" and "how". The con is the material is VERY dated. This was released prior to the December crypto boom. Things move super fast in the crypto world. Everything can change in hours and the crypto market is very different from the release date of this book (as I write this review) so beware of the exact coins she recommends.

Well illustrated with really good information
This book is full of wise and practical information on cryptocurrency trading and investing, without sales catch, hidden agendas, or false promises about get-rich-quick. The author provides bonus information with the purchase of the book and, by the way, I happily found that she is accessible via email to answer questions. I found that a very useful feature is the use of print-screens to illustrate step-by-step processes on how to create the featured wallets, exchange accounts, etc. I look forward to hear soon about her monthly recommendations/alerts.

Too basic
When I was deciding whether I should buy this book or not, I take a look into author’s biography on Amazon; and it seems like a good choice to buy this book – 7 years in finance seems worthy to me. But, I have to say that I was wrong. This book is full of very, very basic information when it comes to cryptocurrencies. You can find everything online for free, just by looking different YouTube videos, reading blogs etc. I don’t think that you should write a book and spend so many pages on creating tutorials on how to use certain websites, to buy any kind of cryptocurrency.I was hoping that author will talk more about whole thing of cryptocurrencies; more about trading; more about her personal portfolio, and why she choose those particular cryptos. But it’s not all that bad, I would definitely add credit for that last chapter, number 8 – Technical Analysis; that is the chapter that contain good information, where I did find useful information for myself. And I need to mention that, so it wouldn’t end up that this books is completely useful – because it’s not.I would recommend this books only for those who are absolute beginners when it comes to cryptocurrencies; but you’ll definitely would need to do more research in order to get better understanding in what you letting yourself in.If you have already got through basic information when it comes to cryptos, then you might want to skip this book, and read something else.
