No flavor or taste.
Tastes no differently than regular semolina pasta. Not enough squid ink to justify high price. You’re better off buying real squid ink from a gourmet shop and using that. Or just skip the squid ink and go for truffles or truffle oil. At least then you’ll taste what you’re paying for.

Great texture, little flavor.
Very good texture, it looks very cool. I did buy actual squid ink to help augmented the flavor, got rave reviews from my dinner guests. Three stars because on its own the flavor is very muted.

Great Halloween Dinner
I made this spaghetti with shrimp, which turned orange after frying with a cream sauce. It was a hit and tasted great. I could have gone the squid ink with any pasta route but wanted it TODAY and with Amazon's 2-day shipping - got it!

My kids love this!
My kids think black spaghetti for dinner is so fun! This would also be fun for Halloween with a cheese sauce. Tastes just like regular spaghetti noodles, just looks different.

Delicious perfect wonderful! Make a garlic butter olive oil sauce and pour it over. Or make a shrimp scampi out of It. Lemon is a must! 😉
