GII SD4x26S SVD Dragunov Rifle Scope with Side Rail Mount

I honestly purchased this because it's one of the cheapest pso style scopes you can find but i was absolutely thrilled at the quality. Its all metal, the dials are super easy to figure out and really easy to adjust. It's all self explanatory and it attached right on to my airsoft Dragunov AEG and has thoroughly impressed me. The red illumination is bright and awesome looking. I couldn't be happier. It came with two batteries and the proper tools to adjust the mount and came in an extremely protected styrofoam wrapped box. 10/10

Few things,1 - why did you refund my money into my gift card when I paid with my debit/credit card?2 - This product is horrible for air soft, I couldn’t adjust the sights far enough to track my bb’s3 - I don’t think getting this scope to fit should be this hard4 - once again why did my refund go to my gift card balance when I didn’t buy it with my gift card?

The scope provided a clear objective in natural daylight and low-level light with the illuminated red LED. However, the mount for the scope is design school solely for the Dragunov mounting plates and doesn’t fit the AK47 side plate.

The scope is good and fits perfect no problems with attaching it but the light up feature doesn’t work

This is a very nice, and affordable scope for the Airsoft SVD, or AK variant that can utilize the svd style mount. The scope works very well, and is very clear. The illumination is also very good. The cons for this scope though are: the adjustments can only move so much. Elevation is 1-15, it stops at both ends. Windage is -15 to +15 stops at both ends. Maybe this is normal for svd scopes, but I don't remember my old "real steal" remanufactured pso-1 having those limitations. Also the eyeshade for eye relief isn't long enough to work well for clear visibility. I had to 3d print an extension for the rear of the scope to get good eye relief 2.5"-3" is what I would recommend for eye relief. Still I give it 5 stars because it meets my needs for airsoft.

Even for a replica scope for an airsoft gun, this is very bad quality for the money. The eye relief is absolutely horrible. It's roughly one inch from the lens, and very narrow, so you have to spend a while finding it. I have many other scopes for both airsoft and real firearms and not one of them has such a narrow window to see through. Once I put my goggles on, there was just no seeing through it.The only reason it's three stars and not one is that the mount is very solid, and it looks very close to the original. For display, it is a very well built approximation of the real scope, in every way but function.

Scope fit mount solidly and holds true has look and feel that complements an AK style rifle. Uses a common battery and easy to change without removing scope and losing zero, scope remains functional even without battery. side mount design leaves just enough room under it for standard iron sights to operate as well.
