I'd like to say this product helped me feel better. I take one capsule per day. Starting two days ago, I noticed positive results - I seem to be more relaxed and it keeps my blood pressure down. I don't have any side effects, had no problem falling asleep. This is a good product. I take this every day and feel great!

The capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't been taking this long enough to know if it's working but I also feel better than I did before taking them so maybe it is working. I feel they are worth trying.

I have no complaints. I feel my appetite is better controlled, and combined with boswellia and 5htp, my mood and energy are improved. Although it says you take 2 capsules 3 times a day, I'd titrate up more slowly.

It did wonders for me I was having a major meltdown and could not eat for a week lost 10Lbs but after 4 days of taking I started to eat and was able to maintain my composure. This stuff really works should be taken on a full stomach.

This is caffeine. I can't take caffeine because it is a Vaso constrictor and Rhodiola is not. I took two of these and had a major attack almost passed out. Same thing happens to me with caffeine. Not sure if the seller is aware
