Jaula para proteger
No lo uso para encerrar a mi gata, lo uso para ponerla en el balcón y que mi gata pueda salir hasta la jaula sin peligro de que se caiga, pero las ventanas se las dejo abiertas

Instructions are not the best regarding the clips that hold it together
The IRIS 2-tier came today. It was very well packaged in a heavy grade cardboard box with metal strapping.Instructions are not the best regarding the clips that hold it together. But Amazon dot com has a customer video review that was helpful with installing these clips. The title of that video is "Customer Review: The Reign of Terror has ended!"My IRIS 2-tier came with seven wheels, not six.The 7th one is placed right in the middle of the floor which should provide extra support for the weight of adult cats. The two stoppers that go under the front corner wheels are flimsy plastic, and of no use on a slick floor because there is nothing grippy on the bottom of them. But they work on a carpet well enough.Otherwise, the cage seems well made, and very sturdy. The cats like it and they are taking turns exploring it right now.Even with a litter box, there is lots of room for an adult cat to stretch out and move around in if you need to temporarily isolate it for a couple of days.

Re-education Camp
My 12 year old cat decided to stop using the litter box altogether, and keeping her in the bathroom for several days didn't work because she still used the floor, so I decided to get this cage. It's big enough for a litter box, bed and food/water on the lower level and a bed and small bowl of food on the upper level. I did not install the top so that in an emergency she could get out, and she makes no effort to climb over for now. With nowhere to go potty but her own beds or the litter box, she is now getting back in the habit of using the litter box. I think being in the cage actually allows her to decompress since no other kitties can bother her, but she can see what's going on. With the rollers, she can hang out with the rest of us in the living room during the day, and at night roll back and sleep right next to us in the bedroom. (I'll only keep her in it for 2-3 more days, and then she how she does.) As for putting it together, it was pretty easy although of course the pieces are big and bulky. The small parts that hold it together are self-evident and don't really need explanation, which is good since all the instructions were in Chinese symbols.

Sturdy, safe, easy to clean, fun for felines
I purchased two of these cages, one for my home and one for my parents' home when I take the kittens along with me for a visit. I have had them for 4 months. I use them as a barricade in doorways and hallways to keep my two kittens in certain parts of the house. The cage was fairly easy to assemble, but I did have trouble figuring out how to orient the clips at the seams. Once I mastered the orientation, I was able to place the clips in a short period of time. I will say, I had to use some muscle to snap the clips into place. My father, who is much stronger than me, was very helpful for this task. The cage is very sturdy, easy to move, and stays where you leave it. I have only wooden floors, so I can't speak to the ease of movement on carpeted floors, although I imagine that it would take slightly more effort to move the cage. The doors are very easy to open and close. I find that two hands work best when rolling the cage, and I am able to move the cage with one hand into its exact desired position in the hall or doorway. The doors are very secure and are easy to open and close. When I received my kittens at 2.5 months old, they were unable to jump from one level to the next, so I placed boxes turned upside down on the lower two levels. This enabled the kittens to easily leap from level to level, and at 3 months old they no longer needed the boxes. Now that they are six months old, my two kittens fit easily on each shelf. Even when they are adult-sized, they will fit easily on the same shelf. I leave the bottom door open so the kittens can freely come and go, but I leave the top two doors closed so they don't jump from a high level. They play and sleep in the cage throughout the day, and usually stay on the top level to look out windows or to have the higher perspective that cats like to have. They really like being in the cage, and I don't have any problem containing them in the cage because they walk right in as I approach the cage. A small litter box fits nicely under the middle shelf, which is helpful if I want to contain the kittens while I am out. I also purchased, from a pet supply store, two stainless steel bowls for food and water, with flexible bowl frames to attach the bowls to the side of the cage. The cage is easy to clean. I can wipe the shelves easily, but since I use bath towels on each level, I just need to vacuum up the litter from their paws that accumulates under the towel. I use a hand-held vacuum with the detail pointed attachment to clean the bottom level for the litter that accumulates within the cage base next to the plastic shelf. I highly recommend this cage. It is sturdy, safe, easy to clean, fun for the kittens, and convenient for me to flexibly contain them in the house.

Happy with purchase!
Easy to assemble & disassemble. The only pain is the plastic pans on each level, when my cat jumps from one to the other it’s very loud and she’s a small cat. If you put something between the plastic landing trays and the wire it’ll help a lot. Other than that minor/fixable issue, it’s a great and durable cage. Very pretty too.
