Also, the seller give some replacements to change.We can control it with controller or button. I test it with some small/big paper tower on first day of receiving. It works well! And it’s convenience to remove the trash~It’s also smart for collision detection. When I am standing in front of it, it will turn around. If the stuff is too thin to avoid the detection, it will hit but quite springy, which will not hurt it.When never you want it to come back to charging, just click the button or using the controller, which is quite simple~As for the voice,it’s not very noisy, compared with other cleanse, at least that it’s acceptable for me. After returning a similarly-priced, competitive product, we ordered this with some trepidation. We are impressed, and pleasantly surprised. It is quiet. 'Works on all of the carpet and tile in our 1,600+ square-foot home. It bumps into things GENTLY, then seems to learn. (Our other robot pushed a fully-loaded trash can around the house for 10-minutes before we intervened.) Runs for a good long time, and then successfully finds its way back to the charger. Unlike the other device we had, this one can be left unattended while it cleans. 'Easy enough to empty, and it picks up a TON of dirt. True, we can't say "Alexa run the cleaning robot," or use an App on our phones, but then we don't need to run around babysitting it. Now we have clean floors without a lot of work. What's not to like?

The media could not be loaded.  Get ready for a novel cause this thing was a major pain...First off, when I initially ordered this vac it got lost in shipment... it was originally supposed to arrive next day, but almost a week later I get the notification saying it “may have been lost...” so I requested a replacement. I finally receive the replacement a few days later...Now the good stuff... I’ve been lucky to have success with a lot of amazon orders/products. I rarely have to write a bad review, but wow. I’m so disappointed in this robot vac. It completely stopped working and malfunctioned after 2 days. I’m renting a large master bedroom, and I was only using it in there. There are no obstructions, or anything that would damage it in my room. I was initially excited. I have a cat and a dog which they both shed A LOT. So, I was happy to have this robo vac help maintain all the shedding.Towards the end of the first day of having it I noticed it was going in circles (backwards). I looked up troubleshooting. The website said that either the sensor is dirty or the bumper is jammed. Neither were the case. It was brand new so the sensor and the bumper were perfectly clean and intact. I tried a hard restart. Worked fine for about 10 min, and then started going in circles, again. I called customer support. They had me disassemble the thing to see if anything is lodged in... but really??? Less than 24 hours and I have this issue, and now I’m having to take it apart...? After I re-assembled it I decided to let it charge over night and give it another try the next day.The next morning the first thing I figured I’d do is clear the tray. When I pulled it out there was almost nothing in it! A few hours of it running through my room the day before, and then I come to find it barely sucked anything up... once I put the tray back in I turned it on. It started working fine (sorta). 30 min go by, and it’s still working fine. I was relieved... but I spoke too soon. A few minutes later I hear it going in circles and beeping at the same time... WTF?! I almost through it across the room I was so upset. I decided enough was enough. I decided to return it. I figured I’d at least clear the dirt tray before re-boxing it... and can you guess what I saw..? NOTHING! A few small dust bunnies. It ran for a total of 45 min... and all sucked up were a few dust bunnies.Once I boxed it up I come to find that I don’t qualify for return/exchange because I technically received a replacement. I told them it was a replacement because the first one never showed up! After going back and forth (I tried my hardest not to be a Karen/Kevin), but they finally agreed to give me a refund...Long story short... this thing sucks (not literally)

The media could not be loaded.  I received the Amarey Robot Vacuum about 3 days ago and have used it constantly in order to give it a good test.So far it has not failed me. It works as stated and truly cleans the floor of my home. My entire home has hard flooring which makes the robot vacuum work more easily, however, it also climbs and cleans our area rugs. Once done, our robot heads back to base to recharge and rest. after checking the receptacle, I can see all the dust and debris which was swept and sucked into the receptacle. Extra parts such as brushes were already included in the shipment which is so convenient and cost savings. I'm hoping that the battery lasts long enough to make all this worthwhile and if the battery is replaceable, that would even be a bonus.I've now had this vacuum for over 2 months and I'm still impressed! I had to contact Customer Service recently regarding a part that broke and they responded immediately. I received my warrantied part in less than 10 days! Would buy Amarey brand again!

So far it has worked very well.Good battery life and good suction. We have 5 dogs and my wife has been very happy with the results. She was wanting a more expensive vacuum but after research I believe that to many options for a robot vacuum cleaner is also it's down fall such as Wi Fi, blue tooth, may be if it made me coffee and delivered it to me ha ha .

This was my first robot vacuum and I am nothing less than impressed! I have 3 inside dogs and was sweeping everyday, this thing has saved me so much time!

We bought this robot vacuum cleaner as it was recommended as being good for picking up pet hair. We have found it to be very good. Convenient to let it run before we go to bed. The cleaning algorithm usually gives good coverage and the robot automatically returns to the docking (charging) station when the battery gets low.One hiccup was that it came with a 110 V USA-type power adaptor. The supplier kindly sent an adaptor for Australia where the line voltage is 230V.
