Have had them for 7 years, and they are just starting to fall apart very happy with the purchase!

My husband's last pair of these lasted 10 years! Not bad for flip flops, heh? 😀Just purchased a new pair. We'll see if these last until our future grandchild graduates elementary school, lol.

Great fit, fast delivery

Somebody somewhere said walking on yoga mat. That's a pretty good description. It is soft and comfortable. Indeed I found my forward thrust reduced by the sandal and I have to adjust to it.First, I learned to respect what type of sandals are designed for. You can't have one sandal for all possible occasions and still comfortable and last for all occasions. The same with shoes. I had a Rainbow as gift. Basically it's made like leather shoes but in the form of flip-flops. All is good and comfortable, until I wear it to the pool. I never thought much of it because I never took effort to keep it dry against rain and wet grass for example. But the pool is a different animal. Brown stain came off and stain my soles and everything else for weeks. The leather at the sole fade to pale. A rough patch of skin developed at my sole. From then on, the same happened when it rains and the sandal get wet. I forget about it until the next year, when I wear them to the beach again. A thick patch of skin developed again which is also stained brown.I had a pair of Nike beach slippers. But after a day out in the 100 deg F sun back in the yard, it turned into jelly. It returned to normal eventually, but at the time it was totally unwearable.This Sanuk sandal has a harder than normal under layer, perhaps to balance the soft top layer. It is a little bit more slippery on hardwood floors than normal shoes or sandals. Since the time you spend walking on polished hardwood floor is very limited, it is a non-issue. It is by no means a dangerous type of slippery.The front of the sandal is a little bit more rounded than typical sandals, which typically follows the outline of the feet. As seen in the product pictures, there is a little green label on each sandal, perhaps to remind you that it's not a two dollar flip-flop.If you drive in it for say half an hour in a CA winter, it feels a little sticky as compared to a leather sandal. It's minor and by no means uncomfortable.I have no reason to fault it. It seems to be well made. I hope it last.Update: So it finally it rained, when I forgot to bring a lot of things indoors. I waited two days before wearing it again, fully aware that it would still be a wet sponge. It's a little wet but I rather don't wear shoes. I went to the post office to return another Amazon purchase. The line was long. I walked around the post office waiting impatiently. Then I went to the supermarket. After all these, I looked at my feet when I was returning the shopping cart. I was standing on foam. It must be from the sandal. I am so embarrassed. You have been warned. Less one star.

Love that they are so comfortable, with no between-toe irritation, nio need to break them in. Ideal.

These are my favorite shoes for warmer weather. I have a pair of sneakers that are still almost new because I would rather wear these flipflops than feel confined in a regular shoe.I always buy two pair at a time in case of emergencies and end up wearing them until they are beyond help, which usually takes a year or two before the cushion becomes permanently squished.The comfort level is very high, as it feels like memory foam or something. My feel are prone to feeling stiff and achy using other shoes, so when I found this brand years ago I became a 'true believer' and refuse to buy any other.I recently had to walk four miles using an older pair of these and my feet were happy the whole way. They are great.

Hi there,I am not a flip-flop connoisseur; in the past, I have almost always worn sandals during the summer. The one pair of flip I briefly owned were awful -- they cut my feet and were terribly uncomfortable. But the girls who advise me on wardrobe-related issues told me that I needed to get flip-flops because my sandals were hideous. So, as is my general practice when I need to make a purchase, I checked out the Amazon reviews. Based on the reviews, it seemed like I couldn't go wrong with this product, and even my fashion consultants gave their approval, so I ordered them.I have found the flip-flops to be ok. They are generally comfortable and certainly do not cut my feet; indeed, in the house, or on a short walk around the block, they are perfectly fine (and would merit 5 stars). However, I have unfortunately had problems when I use them more extensively. Once I walk more than, say, 5 or 6 blocks, the friction between the bottoms of my feet and the flip-flops becomes uncomfortable. It is almost like a rug-burn type of sensation. After a few hours of running errands or hanging out with friends, the bottoms of my feet are significantly irritated. To be fair, it's not excruciating pain, and the problem is not long-lasting. If I change shoes (or go to sleep), my feet are perfectly fine within a couple of hours (or when I wake up the next morning).Still, given all of the rave reviews, I would not have expected to encounter this problem. And although I don't generally write too many reviews, I felt like somebody should pipe up about a not-great experience, so that consumers have another view to consider. However, as I mentioned, I do not generally wear flip-flops, so perhaps this is a problem endemic to all flip-flops, or perhaps to my bizarrely sensitive feet. But I just wanted to get the information out there. Happy flip-flopping!J

I got these on a recommendation and I'm glad I did! They fit great, they're super comfortable, and can be worn with anything. I've walked miles in them. They've gotten wet. They've been fantastic!Update: I'm not terribly hard on sandals. I wear them during the summer time months, at the pool, on the beach, etc. These eventually fell apart. The top part of the sandal just came apart from the bottom part of the sandal. It seemed to be put together glue, so I tried using glue to fix it. It didn't really help. Now, would all of that deter me from buying these again? Nope, not really. That says alot about how comfortable they are! But, I will think twice about how I use them. Maybe they just aren't as sturdy as I had hoped. I'll know better for next time.

For the record i have long, slender feet. The slippers are really loose on me which wasn't good. I have to raise my feet higher when i walk and have to flap them against my heel with every step just so they wouldn't fall off. The comfort though, is 8/10. Don't get me wrong its the most comfortable slippers ive had but i reserve 9 for underamour 4d slides and 10 for nike solarsoft slide 1, which are a completely different type of slip-ons.Due to my experience with the product i tried to fiind out whether its just my feet or the product itself. So i went to a store that has a beer cozy 2 and tried it on. Now those ones were soft and snug. The fit was perfect. If you wanna get this product, consider the other one if you have long but small feet.I didn't end up returning the product because of the comfort.

Great quality and a good purchase. They are slightly on the large side, but I am a 8.5...so it's no real suprise that they are a liitle large.Very fast delivery. Overall a nice feeling sandal to wear. Once I'm back from the holiday in Vietnam, maybe I'll raise the rating to a 5!

Very comfortable sandals. Aesthetically, they are fine, no complaints. Price wise, they're not too expensive. But its in comfort where these excell. Great buy overall

Super fast delivery of these flip flops. They arrived on a very hot day which was great as i got to wear them as i strolled around town in the fine weather we having that day. They are comfy to walk in and fit nicely.
