I have a hard time sticking to a water-drinking schedule and drinking enough every day, so this seemed like a good way to solve both.Pros:It is large enough to hold all the water you need for the dayIt is marked with ml points so you can keep track of how much you pour in and how much you drinkIt is marked with suggested times! Which is a fun way to keep track!It is sturdy and lightThe opening/mouth seal close tightly and the drinking opening is very convenient and easy to use. What I mean by that is that the mouth opening is the perfect size to drink the water without allowing these weird water gulping noise you get with wide-mouth bottles, which is always embarrassing.It is ergonomically designed. I was worried that it will be heavy to carry because I have several hand nerve issues, but the handle makes it very convenient and even though I struggle with carrying or holding many things, this was easy to carry. I only fill it to 2000 ml, though.It is helping me keep on schedule with drinking water, which is why I got it in the first place.Cons:First thing I realized as I tried to wash it, not so easy to wash! I tried using the regular water bottle brush, and it is doable, but it will take time to wash, and if you had soap in there, to rinse it several times before all the soap comes out. It's large, which is why I got it, but it's large, which is why it will take longer to clean!This is my home bottle. I don't think it's something I'll take on the road with me unless I'm staying all day in the office, but clearly it isn't something I can or want to carry around.It is not insulated, so if that is something you need, this isn't for you. I like water room-temperature, so I'm more than okay with it not being insulated.Overall, it's delivering on all the things I needed, so I'm pretty satisfied!

This is a gallon sized water bottle is great for anyone who does a lot of physical activity and/or would like to keep track of their daily water intake.The outside of the bottle is outlined with times to drink more water along with motivating phrases.The drinking spout is easy to open and close when needed, however, it remains sealed until ready to use. There are two ways to carry the bottle - by the built in handle or by the strap around the opening of the bottle. I prefer the built in handle because carrying a gallon of water can be heavy after a while.I did fill the bottle over halfway full and I turned it upside down to see if the bottle would leak. I am happy to report that it did not, even with me carrying it around like that.

The bottle itself, being a gallon size and having the prompts written on the side, is perfect. Works great. But I bought one with a straw because I wanted to make it easier to drink faster. The problem comes when you use the straw. If you don’t use the straw, the lid screws on perfect and is leak proof. But with the straw in, it's designed in a way that it won’t allow the lid to thread properly. So you can‘t screw the lid on well. And you for sure can’t close the top of the lid if you want it not to leak. I should have read the reviews a little better. If you don’t plan on using the straw, then it’s a great buy! It’s not easy to clean, but I found a trick. When hard water builds up on the bottom, add about a 1/4-1/2 c rice with soapy water and shake it around to allow the rice to act as a scrubber. Then rinse it well. It does the trick for me.

You have no idea how much a gallon of water is until you carry around this water bottle. It’s a lot and this water bottle is huge! I was kinda shocked when I saw it because I am not sure I’ve ever drank that much water at one time! I love the way the water bottle provides you with motivation at different time intervals throughout the day and allows you to check that your water intake is where it needs to be. This is also a fantastic conversation starter to take to the gym! You wouldn’t believe how many people have come up to me to talk about this bottle. It feels good to know that I’m drinking enough water throughout the day and with this bottle, I’m never without it!

So I have been trying to make sure I get my water intake in daily and this water ball has helped me a great deal. I fill it up first thing in the morning to drink throughout the day. Having the times written on the bottles is very helpful in being aware of where of how much water have drank or how much I need to drink. It's easy to gauge when I'm slacking and when I'm doing good.The bottle is huge as should be expected. When I am at work or home I pour the water into a cup because it is just a little to big to be holding up to your face in my opinion. When am going to be out and about I bring it with me but also bring a smaller water bottle that I can fill up as needed.This think has rolled out in my car and there were no leaks which is a great thing as well.It is pretty easy to carry since it has a handle. There is a strap hanging from around the top of the lid but I hardly ever use it to carry the water bottle around.All in all I think it's great and I would purchase again.

I love the motivational sayings on the side of the bottle and the small breaks in between the two hour intervals makes it easy to drink the water. I use the time printed on the side as a game and I am constantly trying to drink more water than where I should be at in any given time slot. It’s a mind game but one that works and has been helping me drink one gallon of water each and every day.
