This phone is great for a first phone for pre-teens.Pros- easy to set up and bond phones. App for adults is also clear and easy. Phone looks sleek and fashionable for kids. You are able to to limit or give full access to kids using the phone which is really helpful if they spend all day on it or if they misbehave. It has a cool camera and most importantly, my eleven year old likes it and feels responsible having it.Cons- Some of the access adults have is a bit creepy. Being able to read all their texts and follow them live weirds me out (though of course the live map feed is great for knowing they are safe if at the park etc) but think you can change this in settings I believe. As long as you are honest with your kids, I think they will build the trust anyway! The main downfall of this phone for me is that the battery goes insanely quickly, even with all the restrictions and minimal use it only lasts about 3/4 of the day. And that's only from texting occasionally.

Not the easiest to set up, but I’m not tech savvy so had to rely on a friend who did it all very quickly. Brilliant to be able to have co girl over watching limit and also what they watch/ play.
