Great helmet, Great Value
Caveat, this is my first motorcycle helmet.I've ridden in this helmet for over 1000 miles now and really like it.STYLING- First off, it's hi-viz so it helps other drivers see you out on the road. Major points for me.COMFORT/SAFETY- It's very comfortable and is well made. I do a flex test on the chin bar on every helmet I look at (I looked at several before going with this one) and it feels very solid and safe. It also has DOT and ECE safety ratings. Also has removable cheek pads and helmet liner that you can throw in a washing machine and air dry.NOISE- While I don't think this helmet is noisy compared to other helmets, it definitely does not qualify as a "quiet" helmet. Not really an issue for me since I ride with earplugs.COOL FEATURES- Pop-down sunvisor is great. I actually use it a lot more often than I though I would have. It's activated by a lever on the left hand side of the helmet. While it's not as dark as I would like (it could be two shades darker) it does its job well and helps when riding with a lot of glare. I felt spoiled on a recent bike trip when my friends were complaining about not bringing tinted shields while I simply flicked my sunvisor down ;)It also has a pump air cushion, which seems kind of neat but I never use.

First helmet
the helmet is bright all my riding buddies say they can see me very well so thats a plus. its fits kinda big i wear a 7 1/4 hatthe liner is soft good room for ear buds.the built in sun visor is ok there is a gap which is somewhat distracting but it does help in the sun.the locking clear shield is nice to lock it cracked for good air flow i don't know if its common or not but i often get live bugs flying inside my helmet at speeds of 60mph ventilation is decent imo but this is my first full face helmet.

Good to go
I've had it for a few months now and no complaints. As others have mentioned the sizing is a bit small. A large in other brands is normally a little loose on my melon. For this helmet I got the extra large. After the break in it fits perfectly.
