Awesome bag!! You have to buy this!!
I love this bag!! I purchased just over 6 months ago and I use it everyday. I noticed some of the stiching was coming apart so I sent a picture to 6 Pack Fitness and they had a new bag out to my house within a couple days and let me keep the old one (which still works just fine). The new bag was actually their newer design which fixed the very few complaints that I had about the original bag + they added some really cool features. I would highly recommend this bag. Also, the freezer bags (with pink gel) did not last very long. They are shipped in an extra protective bag and I would suggest you leave them in there. I didn't, and they developed some very small leaks after a few months. The ice packs now ship with a clear gel inside them so I am guessing they have improved the design. I strongly suggest that you spend the money and buy their hardshell ice packs. They are not tsa approved like the bags, but they last longer and are easier to insert/remove.

but this one is absolutely fantastic! I work 12 hour shifts and the food ...
I've never really used lunch pales before, but this one is absolutely fantastic! I work 12 hour shifts and the food stays cold, not as cold as a fridge, but cold enough. It has been helping me with my portion control. I also love how organized looking it is. The product itself I feel deserves 5 stars, the person that packed it deserves one star, they should of put the gel packs in a zip lock baggy or something. One of them broke during shipping and the gel was all over the place, it was easy to clean up luckily. And I just bought a replacement that is a similar size at Wal-Mart.

great for people who need to eat "clean" in hard ...
It comes with the containers as well as a separation container for supplements. great for people who need to eat "clean" in hard to eat environments i.e.. emts, nurses, construction workers etc. you might want to get additional freezing packs doesn't have to be the same brand but does have to be small, i absolutely love the side pockets for drinks holds a good amount.

Great Buy. Well worth it.
Some may look at the price of this and say it's too much for a lunch box. However, if you need a lunch box that's not gonna fall apart and one that ACTUALLY KEEPS YOUR FOOD COLD, then it's well worth the money. I've brought this thing to work with me and left it in the trunk for a 16 hour shift and still had cold food at the end. Even my milk and egg white mixture in a plastic shaker cup stays cold in the side pouches. You can fit a ton of food in here too if needed. The side pockets are tall and fit more than they look like they would. A regular sized SmartWater bottle fits straight up in them and I've gotten four regular sized water bottles with ice packs in the side pockets as well. The straps are nice and sturdy. Even with a fair amount of weight in the lunch box, they hold up well. The included food containers are real sturdy as well. Not like your typical flimsy tupperware style containers. It's nice that they fit in an organized manner. The product itself is well worth the money. I can tell I'll have it for a long time. I've easily spent the same amount of money on multiple other lunch boxes of different makes, shapes, and sizes that all inevitably fall apart and NONE have ever kept my food cold for half the time this thing does. The product was shipped quickly and was packaged well. All in all, I'd suggest that anyone even considering buying this go for it. You'll be happy you did.

Poor craftsmanship
Bag looks nice but is poorly made. Had inside shelf straps break within months of buying it

Love it!
Got my husband this for Christmas. He had one that he has been using for a long time and I just thought I would surprise him with a new one. He absolutely loves it. He uses it for work and it is very durable and lightweight and has plenty of room for all his food for the day. Perfect for meal prepping and holding all his protein shakes. This is an excellent product especially for someone who is always on the go!

Ripped, Not in a good way.
Ripped in 2 places within the first 2 weeks I had it :(.... I loved it before that but it's just not as sturdy as it should be.

Well constructed, poor containers...
I am an EMT so I needed a bag that would ride with all my meals on any given day. One of my partners has one of these so I took the leap and invested in the Innovator 500 myself. In retrospect I probably should have gotten the 300 because this thing is pretty big and I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to fill it each day, but go big or go home right?I haven't used the bag yet as I just received mine the other day however first impressions hold a lot of weight with me so I thought I'd review it really quick and give my opinion.Overall, the bag is very well constructed with lots of compartments and feels very sturdy. The cons: I saw a few reviews that said the gel packs failed fairly quickly so I will most likely replace those before mine do the same. Also, the shoulder strap could span a little more of the bag in my opinion as the two sides of it are on either side of the top compartment as opposed to the outside of the bag (this is just me nitpicking). My biggest gripe is with the meal containers. They suck. I haven't even used them and I can tell they aren't great. The lids aren't tight enough and it wouldn't take much for them to pop right off the containers. I'm going to replace these also. This is the most unfortunate downside in my opinion because this is a meal managent bag for $75 and the containers that should hold my meals can't manage to even close tightly... I'm going to contact 6 pack and see what can be done... We will see.
