AWESOME case. Just make sure Amazon ships it.
UPDATE (13 December 2013):Wow. What a turnaround. This is truly a fantastic case that you should purchase. I was extremely critical of the shipping processes and I stand by that criticism. Thing is, if you're getting it fulfilled by Amazon it should be a much better experience*. Further, I also bought the tR glass screen protector (which is also great) and Spigen sent out a replacement for free (no shipping costs needed) when I notified them that the adhesive for one corner hadn't applied properly. In my mind that is going above and beyond. On to the case: Some reviews are saying the rubber on the back feels like it doesn't have enough grip. I disagree, for me it feels pretty much spot on. Premium feel.Looks wise: fantastic. The case adds some bulk and weight to the phone and I really like this about it. I have small hands but even still, it just feels *right*.In terms of the fitting issues. As others have mentioned, just make sure that when you put the phone in the case, the two parts to the case are already assembled and it will not cause you any problems whatsoever (it will make sense when it's in your hand).Flaws: The spot for the headphone jack is too small for my AKG headphones. I've ordered a extension piece that will hopefully be thin enough to do the trick. Even still, the case is honestly that good that if it doesn't work with the extension piece i'll just keep removing the phone when necessary.Overall: Best case i've ever had. Really, really nice. I've been debating whether to go with 4 or 5 stars but i'll go with 4 due to the original shipping dramas and the headphone jack issue.Trust me, if you are reading these reviews to decide : buy this case. You will be glad you did.Amazon fulfilment should be painfree I imagine in 99% of cases. I actually lost the case a couple days back when I took it off on a train to put my headphones in and so I just reordered a new one. Amazon sent out the shipping label, but not the item to the carrier (*facepalm*) so that is in the process of being resolved.-------------(October 16)Apparently Spigen has the time to try and police the reviews they get, yet not reply to simple emails. That's fine, here's the review I left yesterday, that was getting 100% "helpful" votes.------------STAY AWAY!!!!Ordered October 4th.Like the rest of here, my experience with this transaction has been UNACCEPTABLE.First of all, no movement at all with the item until October 11 when it was allegedly shipped (though the original advertised date was about 7th/8th October).Problem is, here we are now October 16 and the item is still "on it's way to the carrier" (USPS).Sent these clowns on October 15 an email to ask why it was taking 4+ days to get to the post office after claiming it was shipped. Maybe their delivery guy fell down a sinkhole?. Response included (this was a legitimate reply, more than 24hr later, not instant auto reply) :"All of your questions and comments are important to us and we will be delighted to assist you as best we can.Currently due to the high volume of emails we have been receiving, our customer service has been put on delay."Really? Your customer service is not on delay, it is non-existent. You are refusing to tell me what is happening with my order. It's now been 6 days since supposedly shipped (13 days since ordered), still not received by carrier (USPS). So yeah, you don't hear anything from them, and then when you do, it is apparently a nonsensical, moronic statement or dubious (bordering on fraudulent) shipping indications.TL;DR : Don't waste your time. Plenty of cases out there, no need to wait weeks for a case which is reportedly flawed in design and manufacture according to other reviews (though i'm surprised it's been received by anyone).I will endeavour to update this if I ever get this product, (with the tR glass screen protector I also ordered).Enjoy me pulling down your average rating Spigen. You don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give you.STAY AWAY!!!!

One of the best cases I ever owned....
This is my 4th case for my Galaxy Note 3 (I REALLY like to switch things up... a lot), and my second Spigen case (the first a window flip case with auto-wake feature). I really do like the apparent effort Spigen makes to ensure that the case looks elegant, while staying functional and fairly slim. This Neo Hybrid case (Satin Silver) has to be one of the best looking cases I have yet purchased for my Note 3.In light of the hundreds of reviews for this case, I'll keep this review minimal.PROS *The case PERFECTLY fits the Note 3. Every port, opening and button is perfectly aligned and accounted for. The case looks like it could be a standard Samsung OEM case * The case is fairly light. It doesn't seem to add too much weight. The weight it does add, I feel, lends to the wonderfully solid feel of the entire phone and case setup * Protection. Because of the softer (rubberized?), inner lining of the hybrid case, I really do feel that my phone would be protected in the event of a fall. Not so much the outer band though (more on that later). *Looks. I can't stress it enough, but the case looks really good. It's got that minimalist elegance that so many products try for and fail on. *Buttons. Unlike many other cases, this one has actual buttons for the volume and power and not just raised areas on the outside of the case. This makes for solid button presses. I noticed the volume buttons are raised slightly more than the power. This might be because we use the volume up/down way more than the power button, so the power button might be slightly lower to minimize unwanted presses??? Not sure, but in any case, I like the feel of them.Sadly, most products have a few cons/minuses, and this case is no different. I did not deduct any stars for the cons, as I don't see them as deal breakers whatsoever.CONS *The plastic band that runs around the edge of the phone (various colors). While I think it does indeed add to the nice look of the phone, I don't think there is much functional protection there. The plastic band is thin and flimsy and, I would almost imagine, prone to possible breakage if dropped one good time. When I put the case together, I took a good look at the plastic ring to see what it was made of and how strong it is. While not severely disappointed (I mean almost my ENTIRE Note 3 is made of plastic), I would almost have preferred aluminum or something a little more rigid and premium feeling. I know plastic is good because of its durability, but for ME, metal would have been nice. *Assembly. I read a lot of reviews here where some were complaining that it takes a LONG time to get phones into the case. I never had a problem with any other cases and figured, eh, this one can't be too difficult. Well, it took me a couple of minutes to get the phone in the case. I tried it as separate pieces and I tried it as one piece. Took the same amount of time. I think a lot of this time was taken due to the fact that I was so unconfident of the plastic band being able to bear up under the pressure of getting it either on the case with the phone in the case or getting the phone into the case with the hybrid pieces already assembled. Regardless, after a few minutes, the phone was in the case, both ways, and everything stayed in tact. All in all, this case is excellent and the price pretty good for what you are getting. I'd definitely recommend it to others....

High Quality and Looks Great!
The Note 3 phone pops into the case with ease and stays in like it should. In my opinion this case improves the look of the phone. The case does add some weight but it isn't a ridiculous amount and you'll be use to the feel after an hour. It is a well designed case and every port, speaker and camera is open to use and function properly. It adds very little thickness to the phone but protects the phone very well. I purchased the same style of case for my mom's similar but smaller phone.I consider this case to be top of the line.

Perfectly crafted for note 3
A good quality product, it fits precisely, beautiful design, though it added bit weight and width on device and hides magnificent craftsmanship of note 3 but for the matter of protection it is the best i have found so far, worth buying. And in the last amazing delivery by Amazon, in just right after one day of order.

Good quality build
Good quality build.not very heavy.so does not add too much weight .Look good also.the inner layer extends above the screen. so can you place the screen face down and it won't touch floor . cannot comment on toughness as not dropped the phone yet.

Pretty good, slightly loose outer frame.
Pros:- Sleek looking- Softer inner piece fits well- Buttons are nice and click wellCons:- The outer plastic frame fits loosely- Every time you put any pressure on the right side of the case (where the power button is) the outer frame presses inward, it does not appear to fit properly despite following the instructions during installationFinal thoughts: When I first put the case on the outer frame was loose on the right side, after leaving it on for over a day it seems to be fine, I'm not sure how it went from being so loose to fine (maybe temperature difference from being outside during shipping and then brought inside?). Either way I am now happier with this case then when I first put it on.
