Camp Chef Somerset III Ultimate Cook Station

I have this on a covered porch. I have had it for two summers now. It works great and is a really nice product for the price. I cook quite a few meals on the porch in the summer to keep the heat (and humidity) out of the house. It is very sturdy and puts out a lot of heat. It is a much more powerful stove than the one in my kitchen. The folding side shelves are really useful and if properly opened are very strong.The only drawbacks are 1) the spark igniters require some adjustments to work reliably (I use a long butane lighter so that does not matter to me); 2) the controls are a bit coarse; 3) if water boils over the grate can crack (which does not seem to matter due to the overall design and in recent pictures the grate seems to have changed in a way that would probably fix this).

Very useful product with a couple of design flaws. It's been a life saver during the recent heat wave - we've done all of our cooking outside. We're able to fit a large wok and two other pots on the burners with no problem, so the sizing is great. The only issues are 1) there's a narrow window between low flame and high flame (difficult to get a "medium" flame), and 2) can't get the burners to light automatically - instead we turn on the gas to the burner and then use a manual lighter. These issues are pretty easy to work around, so overall we're very happy with this product.

Extremely shoddy. The front left leg was machined wrong so the assembly holes aren't aligned, and really nothing about this unit fits well together or feels in any way solid. My 6-year old dropped one of the grills onto the garage floor from a height of about 8 inches, and it broke. Very disappointing. I'll never buy anything with the the Campchef name on it again.

Nice product and cooks well. Replaced a super griddle and grill I had for 22 years. Got griddle, pizza oven, and BBQ box.....nice modular system and very happy with purchase.

I assembled this with my husband - it was easy - but I was very disappointed when I realized some parts were scratched and even dented a bit. It looked like someone had received it and returned it. It was a resealed box. I bought this at a discounted price - but there was no indication that it was an open box item. In fact there were 3 "new" stoves at this price available from other sellers. Amazon rarely fails me - but this is a first.

I purchased this stove to go on my covered patio. In the country we have times of power outage and I am tired of cleaning up the canning mess in my kitchen. I am sure I will also use the stove when barbequing. The stove is well built and was easy to put the few parts together. Glad I decided to buy this stove.

It's a great grill with the the large griddle. On putting it together had to replace some screws

We LOVE this. Bought for tailgating but use it all the time to cook outside - when we are entertaining OR mostly when we are cooking something particularly messy or stinky. Are going to literally build it in to our new outdoor kitchen. Everyone loves it.This one has a lot of room. Appreciate the side pop-ups - nice for extra counter space.
