You will have to open it up and remove the white cartoon that separates the batteries (photos attached).Pros:+ charge only once a week+ waterproof (endures a heavy rain)+ strong lights+ great value for money+ charging spot is on the bottom side, sheltered from rain+ good fitted system+ minimalist ecological packaging+ battery life indicatorCons:- the back light is not rechargeable (however they provide a reasonable number of spare batteries)- would not "test" the waterproof endurance by leaving them outside or in humid environment for hours- could have one more setting for slow flash for the front lightI cycle to work daily for 2 hours in total. The lights passed the rain test.I don't really understand if the SOS function is working, it appears more like a flash.The back light is brighter than I expected and easy to fit.My friend also preferred this set and is pleased with it.

I have tried various bike lights from local shop, all around the £10 mark. Rain has broken some, just bad batteries in some and others just stopped working after 6 months.These lights are great, came with extra wee batteries for the smaller back light, which is awesome.The front white light is brighter than any bike light I have used previously, and has different modes, can flash inensely if needing to be seen, can be put on a solid beam to see where you are going, or a duller full beam to reserve battery and be noticed. Easy to charge and I just leave both lights on my 'charging table'. I did use the front light as my cupboard light for a while as would just hang it up on a hook., use as indoor light, then grab it as I went out on bike.Arrived very quickly, and I am in North West Highlands.Thank you

I received and attached the Light set today to my bike in readiness for some evening cycling. I am extremely impressed - very easy to attach, very bright front light with various settings, rear light which is also bright and has various lighting settings. Comes with USB lead for charging the front light and a number of spare batteries for the rear light. I am very impressed, 5 stars.

So was excited for these to arrive! As soon as they got here they were unboxed within seconds and i’m really impressed with the quality.My brother has a £60 set and these are equally as good.Have 4x settings on front light, high beam, mid beam, auto brightness and rapid flashing. Do not shine them in your eyes like i did, took ages to stop seeing the dots! USB rechargeable with an included cable.Rear light is nice and compact but superbright. Has 3 setting, on, rapid flash, slow flash. Uses CR2032 watch batteries and comes with 8 of them packaged.Fitted them to the bike using the provided straps and they sit solid. Now to wait for darkness to kick in so i can go for a ride and see where i’m going.110% recommended these if you’re in the market for some decent lights.

Superb value for money. This light knocks my last light out of the park. The fact that the front light is rechargeable is a real advantage. The rear light came with batteries fitted and 5 spare CR2032 batteries. It is super bright and even has a automatic feature with a sensor on the top of the unit detecting ambient light levels

Rear light became detached from mount on first time riding out and was gone by the time I reached my destination. Maybe it needed tightening up before I attached it to the bike but this was not stated on the product information. Waste of, admittedly not very much, money

Great compact bike light. The front light has 4 settings which include flash. The overall design appears robust yet fairly lightweight. The base fits onto the bike handle easily without the need of tools - excellent if transferring between bikes. The light itself clips onto the base easily and also seems secure.The back light requires batteries... a set of 5 additional free batteries were included in the purchase!Overall very pleased with purchase, very good value for money and delivered quickly.

I am very happy with this set of lights. It was very easy to mount on my bike, the headlight is bright and has a wide beam angle. It has several modes so can either switch on with the light sensor, constantly ON, or flashing its water proof and the clip that holds it to the bike is robust. The rear light is also bright and easy to mount.I think this set if a Great Value for Money! Even contemplating buying another set or two for the mrs and kid!
