Citre Shine Shine Miracle Split End Mender 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)

My hair was at 38 inches when I got this and some of my split ends were too much for even it to handle (some were split a half an inch to 3/4ers, I know, shame on me). That being said I cut most the dead ends out and a few weeks later here they came again, so I tried this again. I love it. As long as you're hair isn't too far gone it will do a FANTASTIC job, and it hold my splits together for about 3-4 days depending how hard I am on it. I've been trying to grow my hair out longer but at the length it is it just wanted to split. This product has definitely helped. I usually use it w/o any blow drying or straightening, but I have to admit it seems to do a better job if you do.

I bought 2 of these...and wasted my money. I don't get the people who raved about it. I tried to use a little, thenI tried to use a lot....either way, it just didn't do much of anything for my dainty locks.I've got long, thick hair that had major split ends...and I just ended up getting a hair cut toget rid of the ends.Don't waste your money.

Saw this in a magazine and decided to try it. Didn't notice enough of a difference to repurchase.

Okay, so I've never written a review online before, but this has got me really ready to gush. I saw all the reviews and it sounded like a good bet. BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE WAY THE PRODUCT WORKED FOR ME, I must tell you that (on my own hair) I did not use it exactly as directed/as most people want to use it. On my hair, I actually "sniped" my split ends off before using the product as directed. When I say snipped, I mean I literally went through my hair cutting just above the most noticeably damaged (split) ends.I have coarse African-American textured hair. I relax my hair, flat iron it, and do lots of other abusive things to it. I'm naughty. ;D After a month of using this product and doing my usual abusive hair routine, I can say that this product has completely stopped my ends from doing their usual splitting and I have seen a drastic reduction of breakage in my hair.I also used the product on my younger sisters non-snipped hair. Her hair is thicker than mine, "natural" (she does not relax), though she does periodically run a flat iron through it to straiten it for certain hairstyles. Because she does not abuse her hair, overall it is much less damaged than mine - though (for whatever reason) more prone to split ends. The product had the same result on her hair. It stopped the little splits in their tracks.I wish I knew more about the science behind the magic because I'm so amazed. The tube's smallish but I've only been using it once a week and I think the price is more than fair. It doesn't leave any yucky residue, and it adds a little shine. I'm madly in love this stuff and I would totally recommend this product to a good friend. :)

Great product, however don't expect it to heal your split ends. I guess it seals them together when you are using it, but once you stop, they show up again. My hair is naturally pretty dry, plus I color it blond, so it is very processed. I love how long it is and want to keep it that way, but split ends were really starting to get noticeable. When I use the serum regularly, my split ends virtually disappear, but if I forget to use it even a couple of times, split ends come right back. The serum is very inexpensive considering the amount you need, so I am fine using it after every wash. Definitely worth the results!

Excellent product. The absolute BEST hair product I've ever used. Smooth, shine, soft hair with this product. Repairs split ends as it claims. My hair has never looked/felt so good. EXCELLENT!!!!!

Great product...adds shine and softness to hair and ends without weighing down or greasy feel...great for fine hair and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Also smells nice.

I dont buy it anymore but when I did it worked wonders. I had to cut back on stuff because I was becoming a product junkie. I was getting close to going to product junkie aa meetings. lol. Give a try it really help with split ends. Maybe this is why I dont use it anymore cause I dont have any split ends anymore.
