Excellent Product. For a middle class and Mid-Size family, it is worth it. Used various Inalsa products and quite satisfied with the performances.Sufficient attachments, very good suction power, good length of the suction pipe and power cord, easy to handle with wheels, attractive looks, what more at this price.Happy to buy Inalsa product again. The vacuum machine is very light and compact. Storage and functional wise will rate it 5 stars.

I bought it thinking that a 21L vacuum cleaner with 1600w of power under 6k was a steal. When the product reached home, I realized that all these claims are nothing but plain lies.Everything is just smaller, weaker, thinner and shorter on this vacuum cleaner. 21kpa of suction power is a big lie. My Bosch GAS 15 with just 1100w of power has more than double the suction power of it. It produces less suction than my battery operated handheld vacuum cleaner.I connected it to my Ammeter and the maximum power it draws is 1300w.Whatever little vacuum it produces leaks through the joints. There is no rubber seal between the top cover and and the stainless steel container. I had to use silicone sealant and masking tape to seal the vacuum. The suction has increased a bit after that. But it is still awfully low. See the picture for more details.Its inlet hose is thinner and much shorter compared to the other vacuum cleaners. The total length of it is hardly 1 meter. See the picture here I am comparing it with my Bosch's inlet hose. It uses a 32mm hose. All other mainstream brands like Karcher and Bosch are using 35mm hose. Their accessories (like the one we buy from VMTC and RODAK) cannot be used on this vacuum cleaner.The plastics used on it are also of very low quality. If you aren't careful it will very easily break. Once advantage here is its light weight.I wanted to return the product. But I missed the 10 day return window because of the COVID-19 lock down.With 6k, you can buy a Karcher WD3. Even though the storage capacity is less, it is a much better and usable acuum cleaner.

Overall Good suction power and easy to use and faster, its required 16A plug so need to buy additional extension board as I have only 2 nos 16 Amp power plugs.Look wise very very attractiveManuals require more explanation as its not clear when to use paper filter, how to wash filter properlyCompany can develop some more extension to reach corners or small area of AC cleaning.Some time while touching container getting very mild electric current , so require proper earthing

LikesSuction, Blower, HEPA filter, noise level, decent overall build & body.DislikesAttachments could have been better, no bristles in the smaller attachments, one paper dust bag not enough could have been replaced by re-usable cloth bag considering it's a wet&dry model.Customer service needs big improvement...took them 7 days to arrange for online demo which was useless and 13 days for arranging physical demo. All this after constant follow up from my end.Overall 3 stars due to customer service experience and some attachments downgrade from WD10 model except steel attachments.

Amazing product from INALSA, less noise, speed controlled, suction power and easy to use. This is the 3rd product of INALSA that I have purchased and I am satisfied with all products. Since 5 years I am using INALSA products. The durability of other products was good and I hope this product will be the same

Good Product from INSALA...Looks like heavy but easier to move with wheels carrying also doesn't weigh much....Suction power is very nice.. Blowing also good... Power cable length very good so that you can cover an average to big hall very easily... The suction pipe and extension pipes can even reach beyong ceiling fans if you are of averag height person... Cleaning also very very easy... Finally big thank you to Amazon and INSALA

Suction is bad -  21Kpa suction is questionable as it gives less suction than Eureka Forbes. The suction power does not clean the surface. Suction is worse than Eureka Forbes' mini vacuum cleaner which comes for half the price of about Rs, 3500/-. This product comes for around Rs. 5800/- approximately after a heavy discount from the original price of Rs. 12,000/- plus approx. Vacuum leaks out from the top cover and the steel dust container. This is a design defect. If this is sealed, suction will improve. Inconvenient to use as the plastic hose is not smooth to handle. While using you will have to stop grapple with the plastic pipe to readjust and then focus on the work. Not reusable, not washable dust bag. Dust bag is bad, made of paper - Dust bag is not washable, thus not reusable as it is made of paper. Each dust bag replacement will cost Rs. 200/- per bag (approx.) as of now in Sept 2021. This increases the cost of using Inalsa WD 21 1600 watt in the long run.   Not suitable for long use - The machine, INALSA Vacuum Cleaner Commercial/ Industrial Wet and Dry Micro WD21-1600W heats up quite quickly within about 5 mins. It gives off a burning smell. Thus it is not suitable for longer usage. You have to switch it on and off again and again. INALSA Vacuum Cleaner Commercial/ Industrial Wet and Dry Micro WD21-1600W consumes more power  in comparison to many mini vacuum cleaners or a comparable Black and decker wet and dry but Inalsa WD 21 produces less suction. Service, demo, parts availability are also issues which need to be considered for long term ownership of the product. This inconvenience will lead to disappointment and stress in future further increasing the cost of ownership.
