Arrived defective and because my installer was so busy and the part being defective so unexpected, we got no help from the seller.Cost me 10x as much as the part alone by the time I got up and running.

Just what I needed.
Bought this to go with the Goodman 3 ton unit I got to upgrade the 2.5 ton unit I previously had. Works great, well constructed, and you can't beat Goodman.

Had an issue they fixed it.
Works great for my house. Came missing the metering device flange. After I spoke to customer service they sent one out right away and I received it the next day. Great customer service.
