I bought these for £18 but I've noticed they've recently gone up in price, probably trying to cash in on the January market. They claim that they give 160lbs of resistance. This is debatable as they do not feel like 73kg to me? In saying that, they still give enough resistance for a good workout.

Buying weights implies you will need to spend hundreds, and I decided to get these resistance bands. This one seem to be the most complete set around, and the price was fantastic, so here I go. It is indeed a great set, it comes well packed in a bad that allows you to keep it tidy without requiring a lot of space (a big plus). It comes with 6 resistance bands, that can be used individually or in combination up to 160lbs (yellow 10lbs, green 20lbs, red 25lbs, purple 30lbs, blue 35lbs and black 40lbs), plus two handles, two ankle straps for leg work. a door anchor, an small resistance loop band and a training guide with some ideas an exercises you can practice with the set.The bands are great quality material, 175cm in lenght, and they strech a lot, making them perfect for a big guy like me (185cm), while they are still more than usable for my wife (165cm). At first it will take you a bit to understand how to use them, if you haven't exercised with bands before like in our case, but once you get confortable, and that won't take more than 10-15 mins, there's an unlimited amount of muscle work and streching you can perform.I was really missing my gym, now I will still do but a little bit less, as I'm able to train at home. Recommended!

Product has been a godsend, due to the gyms being closed, I live in a relatively small flat and so have no room to accommodate free weights... This however can be packed up and put out of sight with ease.I was sceptical about bands, having never used them, but I have actually banged out some brutally punishing workouts with these.They are well constructed and appear sturdy, they also come with a small instruction booklet with examples of workouts etc but it seems a bit of an afterthought as not a lot of effort has went into that aspect, pretty poor tbf. Therefore, I sought solid instruction online, YouTube is your friend, hunt down some decent video tutorials and focus on getting the techniques right and you're golden.

I'm bedbound, so got these just to try and get some mild excercise while I'm laid in bed.So far they have been pretty good. Good range of resistance bands, so easy to tune in the weight you want, but on the downside the clips are quite awkward to clip into the handles.As for durability, they seem OK, but time will tell. If they break or don't wear well, then i will update this review.

Bought these to use during lockdown, and although measures are starting to relax slightly, I am still using this as part of a home working out routine.The bands are strong and the resistance on each feels accurate. It's a great little set for the money paid for them. I do worry a touch about the durability of the handles, as one is already beginning to come apart but I may look to replace the set of handles anyways. A good set overall.

In these challenging times we live in, this resistance band kit is a good option for home workout.I see this kit as good quality and well made.We can do plenty of exercises the whole family. On the internet, there are several tips and ideas to put them to good use and take advantage of all the possibilities and to be able to exercise the whole body.I'm sure it'll be a good option at every moment, even in the future.

I can recommend this product totally. Initially I had some reservations , but the customer service I received from this Company was first rate , and very much appreciated , and it looks very likely that Gyms will close again in a few days and this type of product is an excellent substitution.I am particularly won over by the different strengths of the bands , rather than one strength suits all.

Works as expected. It’s the best alternative to gym that I’ve found during the pandemic. At first I was not sure that the joints can bear the tensions during my workout and I was very careful when using them, but after a few days I increased the tensile force as a normal workout at gym and I realized that it is secure and reliable. I will update this review if something happens in the future.It also comes with a brief manual including many exercises which is very cool but very small and not easy to read. But there are still lots of videos on the web
