Overstock 9' Slim Pencil Pine Christmas Tree

I'm so pleased with this tree. I read on a deco blog that a tall pencil tree makes a big statement without taking up lots of floor space; that's when I knew this tree was right for me...in my apartment-size living room. We were debating a pre-lit vs one without lights, and I'm so happy we made this decision. We spent about $50 in lights-- 8x100 regular mini lights + 3 strings of some a little bigger (Can't remember what they're called, but they came from Target. It makes SUCH a difference to have two sizes of lights on the tree.). It didn't take long to put the lights on, and we saved hundreds of dollars getting this tree instead of a pre-lit. Don't you love it when you confirm that you've made the right decision?The tree arrived in just a few days. My husband said it only goes together one way so it's pretty easy. I fluffed it, and it's beautiful! Yes, it's skinny (pencil!). But it's all in how you decorate it. The tree itself is a background and as pretty as any I've ever had. With all the decorations that I love on it, it's perfect! Classy tree, not cheap looking at all.

I am SO pleased with this tree! I live in a small loft with 12ft ceilings and getting a pencil tree only made sense. The photos to advertise this tree do not do it justice! Of course it is obvious that it is a fake tree, but it is a great one at that! Also, I admit that I sort of bought this tree on a whim, but to my pleasant surprise after receiving it, I found out it is made from recycled PVC, woo!I read reviews on other tall pencil trees that state they bowed and leaned due to their height, so I was semi expecting that with this tree. However, that was not the case! The base of the tree has adjustable screws so you can counteract any noticable leaning. Plus, It was VERY simple to put together.WOULD RECCOMEND!(FYI - this is a real review, I was not given a discount or paid to write this)

I cannot say enough nice things about this tree. I love the tall, slender shape and distinctive profile. It is perfect for our vaulted, but smaller living room.It was easy to assemble and the branches, once fluffed, fill in nicely. Construction is sturdy, with the exception of the base which is a bit lightweight (I ended up wedging some 5lb weights in the base in case a cat decided to climb it, but so far they have left the tree alone).We have received a ton of compliments and I definitely feel this tree was worth the price and more.

I love the look of this pencil tree ! The quality seems very good and so easy to put together...3 easy pieces. When the branches are pulled down and opened up, it fills in really nicely. I would recommend this tree to anyone wanting a Christmas Tree that doesn't take up a lot of floor space and their home has high ceilings.

I wanted a tall but slim tree for our crowded living room space (with vaulted ceilings), and this tree is a great buy. It arrived quickly, but with one small problem (a broken piece on one hinge near the bottom does not allow that branch to "stay in place." I will contact the seller for a replacement part and will update my review here if it is handled appropriately. If the small broken piece can be replaced easily, I will update my review to a 5 star because this tree really is beautiful and I hope to keep it and use it for many years! After we get lights and decorations on the tree, I will add another picture.

I was kinda nervous because of the low price on this tree but took a chance. I am so glad I did. I ordered this tree because I needed a tree to fit in a small space. It was absolutely perfect. I had lots of people comment at Christmas how beautiful it was. I just love the height ad the fullness. This tree get ALL high marks.

Fnally I found a perfect Chirstmas tree that look stunning, and small a the same time. Beautiful.

Wanted a change this year and this was defect. Easy to assemble and nice and full.
