Well made. Good bearings and grease fittings are accessible. The brake mechanism is kind of cheap, though. Rather than clamping the tire, a mechanical brake on the axle would be better.

The wheel is nice. Unfortunately, it was missing three of the four bold holding the hubs together. Easily fixed, but didn;t notice until wheel was mounted and we went to inflate it. Involved going to hardware store and purchasing additional bolts/nuts. Cost me several hours of headache I didn't need. So, check it out of the box.

Between free shipping and a price of <$28, these are the same wheels sold by others for about $40 to $45 each. So great deal. Used them for marching band props, where pneumatic wheels are required to go on the football fields. There are cheaper ones, but these seem like a good price/quality trade off. The brake is not great, so don't rely on it for more than just reducing the chances of it moving once put in place on a flat surface. Brake would never hold much weight on a hill.

They are nice but definitely not worth the price. Would recommend getting larger wheels for half the price but unfortunately don't have locks. You don't really need locks if you are one rough ground like gravel which is my situation.

This is a very cheaply made product. For starters, the wheels/tires are out of round. The cart I placed them on has a constant up/down motion. This affects the brake mechanism by making it touch the tire at least once every rotation. This required bending the metal tab that actually touches the tire so that it would roll freely.The casters are horrible. When pushing the cart either straight or through a gradual curve, it works ok. but, if you pull the cart backwards, which causes the casters to rotate, it locks up about halfway through the turn. Examining the caster reveals that they did not actually fill the raceway up with bearings! After getting the thing freed up so it would rotate again I could see a 1" gap between the bearings in the bottom caster bearings. The caster has two sets of bearings, one on top/bottom, but the thing is so loose that the bearings in the same raceway tend to stack on top of each other, causing the thing to freeze up.The wheel bearings/axles are another bad design. The bolt that they use for an axle is too small for the bearings they use in the wheels, creating a large amount of side to side movement between the wheel and the axle. The bearings roar when rotated, they were apparently not greased during assembly. Greasing smoothed out the roar on three of the wheels, the other appears to be beyond savings.I needed to repace the origional wheels on our cart because the hard wheels made a lot of noise when moved over the tiled floors in our shcool hallways. These tires cut that noise out completely, but the bearing noise and the non-operational caster make this product a very poor choice.Hopefully, Amazon will take the things back.

Heavy duty wheels I used on mobile podium for our drum major. The wheel locks are OK but we ended up needing blocks around the wheels as well

Tires are out of round and the working joints could have been better lubricated. Also assempbly is not the greatest but for the $$$$$ its works. I had to fasten the hardware to get the brake mechanism to work correct.

Wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the castor considering the cost. Does not fell tight and well made. It wont break but there are definate gaps between swivel assembly and bearings which is to be desired.
