Not virgin human hair...one side is thicker then the other. Not able to dyed it as advertised.

I absolutely love everything about this topper. I wear it every single days and nobody has noticed (not even my close friends and family) that I'm wearing a topper. HOWEVER, this does NOT feel like real human hair after you have washed it 1-2 times. It's not soft anymore, very rough, and the hair looks a little like hay. I feel like they have lied and sold me fake hair....
