Secura Hair and Facial Steamer (Blue)

This thing rocks my world! My best friend recommended this model, and I'm so glad she did! I love that it has options for both warmed and frothed milk. The milk comes out exactly as I want every time. If I want less frothed and more creamy I just fill it slightly above the max line, but not too much or it will overflow. If you want it more frothed, put a little bit less in and use the wire attachment. Super easy to use. Quick operation. Easy cleanup, thanks to the non-stick coating. My sister is a vegan, so we can't wait to try soy and almond milk in this and see if it works! Who needs Starbucks anymore...ok, well, I do, but I've definitely cut down on my Sbux visits which is a big money $aver! I pair this with espresso from a cheap Mr. Coffee espresso maker (like $30) and 3 pumps of Starbucks Vanilla Syrup and shazam, just as good as the real thing!

So much better than the N espresso one. It is much easier to clean, especially with the little brush they give you. But I can see how the little itty bitty brush can easily get lost, two to a package would be better, just a suggestion. ActuallyI hated the Nespresso, this one is 100% better!Update Four months later and it died, Secura never responded to my emails. Don't waste your money.

The Secura Automatic Electric Milk Frother and Warmer 300ml works well. I use low fat or fat free milk and it makes good topping for cappuccinos. It has to be cleaned soon after each use because a thin crust forms on the bottom of the machine due to the heating process. The little whisk has to be removed to clean the unit. I would like to see a longer cleaning brush and a magnetic whisk to make it easier to put back into the machine. But it works well and I don't see this as a major drawback.

Excellent frother. I bought several for gifts. Swtitched to the frother which came with my Nexpresso machine but this frother scalded on the bottom every time Iused it, and was very difficult to remove without ruining the coating. I returned it and bought another Secura. It's awesome with a larger capacity and never ever sticks to the bottom- cleans without any difficulty. I drink cappachino every morning and highly recommend the Secura. I just ordered another for my sister who just visited and loved it.

It lasted 63 days and then stopped working completely. NO WARRANTY on this item. Amazon 30 day return only. Amazon prime fail.Wasted my money and now I have to guy buy the Nespresso version.

I purchased the slightly larger Secura frothier (300 ml). Most importantly, it produces a great micro foam. I would recommend the larger model since it is perfect for our larger mug. The unit is nicely styled and has a quality feel. Clean up is a breeze with the Teflon lining. Please note that this is a milk only frother. If you want to add cocoa to the mix, this is not the right frother.

I use this to make matcha tea lattes with almond milk, and it works great. I add 2 teaspoons of matcha directly into the almond milk before frothing, and it mixes it perfectly by the time it's done. It's incredibly easy to use and I think it froths almond milk just fine. Don't expect to get huge amounts of foam from almond milk, as there isn't as much fat in almond milk as regular cows milk.

I mostly use this for warming my milk, but the froth is also nice on occasion. My only issue is that mine must have a hot spot, because I always have a bit of brown film on the bottom after using it. This doesn't affect how the heated milk tastes, it just looks odd when you see it.
