Repel Permethrin Clothing & Gear Insect Repellent Aerosol, 6.5-Ounce, HG-94129 (2 Pack)

We are on the 4th summer purchase of this exact same Repel. I should have bought 4 total cans because we ended up buying a 3rd to be able to cover 9 days worth of clothes, sleeping bag, hammock and extras for a Scout Camp. Will by it again in April 2019 just purchasing up 2 4 cans to makes sure we have enough to go around and any extra we share with others.

Very disappointed. I am a nature photographyer and hiker. I love blazing my own trail. I live in Maine and the ticks are horbel. The Woods is pretty much off limits spring threw fall. REPEL PERMEITHRIN clothing and gear spey and there Tick Defence is a joke. It gives a false sence of security. I was out hiking on loging roads near my house. After using the REPELL GEAR spray on my entire outfit and shoes the day befor.I still found ten or so ticks on my paints. The next day I decided to try the tick defence thinking maybe it would keep them off. I headed out to take photographs of a marsh I had found. I got a mile out and looked down. I was covered with ticks. After I had sprayed my shoes and paint legs with REPEL tick defence. Well to make long story short. I had to use the rest of the spay of the tick defence to get back. Showering to get any I had missed crawling up my body. I am frustrated and sad because hiking is so amazing around my area. there's no protection agents these ticks that are transmitting lym. now I scrape them off with a knife as thay get on me. Don't buy these products. Gust get a knife .

We live in " Tick Central " and have had Lyme twice. The last time I had neurological symptoms that lasted close to a year. I don't venture out with out my "armor"; clothes covered in this stuff. That and checking daily for ticks is the only way to go. It used to come in a 6 pack, or so I recall and can't find it so I buy the 2 pack.

My husband and I each sprayed a hiking shirt, pants, hat, and shoes for a trip to El Salvador and Nicaragua. (We used one spray can each.) We spent 9 days hiking, on boat rides, traveling in rural areas etc. and neither of us got even one mosquito bite. We are very satisfied customers!

I sprayed this on my clothes on trip to Central America and not no bug bites through my clothes. It must work.
