Vizio D43-D2 43" Smart LCD TV

We have 3 Vizio TVs and are very loyal. This one has an awesome image--our best yet. I got it for my workout room in our house, but then we decided that we like it so much more than the 5 year old-Vizio in our bedroom, that we transferred it to the bedroom. It's a little smaller than our old one--mostly because it doesn't have the frame that the old one had.Aside from the color and picture being awesome, this one is really light-weight. I can lift it with one hand.We love the Smart TV functions, as we don't have cable and just use Hulu, Netflix, HBO Go, and Amazon to watch TV shows.The center button on the remote control feels loose and it had a scratch on the screen when it arrived. However, I bought it on Amazon deals, so I'm okay with that. It was super cheap, compared to the other TVs we've bought. If the scratch becomes annoying over time, I'll get a repair kit for it.

I bought a Vizio more than six years ago for my living room. It has been a great tv and is still running and functioning strong. So, when I decided to buy a television for my bedroom I figured lets stick with what works.This television's picture quality is pretty good, but that is about all I have to say about its pros.Lets get on to its cons.Its speakers are very cheap causing a tweaking sound with certain pitches of audio.Its remote could not hit the broad side of a barn.There is no manual interface whatsoever so better keep that useless remote.Its app selection is pretty limiting right out of the box and it is not easy to add to it.It loses Wifi signal all of the time. It's the only device in the house (out of about 12 items) that has this problem.Overall, I am pretty disappointed in this purchase and will probably not choose Vizio in the future as it feels like their product quality has taken a large step backwards.

Excellent tv,easy to set-up, it came in mint condition shape. It was double boxed extremely well, it would take a tank to burst through. The only down side is it came with no instruction manual. So you have to navigate it by common sense. I bought it factory re-furbished.

This is a good size and quality tv for most rooms. The only thing that disappoints me is the "Clear Action" feature. It definitely makes a difference when enabled. Everything looks so much smoother (especially gaming on ps4) but it also makes the screen way too dark for my eyes no matter how much I adjust the other settings (picture gets worse as brightness goes up). So that's my only beef with this tv. I can't use the main function that made me decide to purchase it :(

The picture is amazing! This is our first HD TV. My wife loves the fact that we get Netflix because of the Smart TV Technology. I want to give six stars to Vizio Customer Service. The Set came with a light leak. Vizio not only replaced the TV but had it delivered and set up by a contracted technician.

I set up the TV and the sound didn't work. I had to arrange for a return with Vizio. They sent a technician to my house with a new TV. This was a lot of hassle. It took several weeks for the new TV to arrive! The new TV seems to be fine.

not sure what has happened . I cant use any of my apps I. E . hulu, prime, etc. says there is no internet connection but it was working the first 3 days I got the tv. So im on the fence about it and too tired to send back. So im just using my cable on it and Netflix. When I want to watch my other apps I go into the other room. So annoying.

Exactly what I was looking for. Extra batteries with remote and everything worked as advertised.
