After doing a lot of research on my own on the internet, I found that most available vitamins and supplements at the stores were only marginally effective. I decided to give USANA a try after reading all the reviews here on Amazon by verified buyers.It took me about two weeks to start feeling the effects of it and so far I am more energetic and joints and body pains are gone.
