ONE ORGANIC Sushi Nori Premium Roasted Organic Seaweed (100 Half Sheets)

This seawood is marketed to sushi chefs and people who makes sushi rolls, but I use it for children snacks!I was shopping for healthy snacks for my 1 year old son and came across this item. Now, most seaweed in the market either have high salt/sodium content especially when they are, well, added with sea salt. In my opinion, the sea salt actually makes the seaweed tastes too salty, so why the vendors would add sea salt is puzzling to me.The seaweed is different. Its nutritional label actually reads 0% sodium (which is not actually 0% if I understand the government regulations correctly - just read it as very, very low sodium) and it has decent nutrition. It comes in 100 half sheets so each time I just take 1 sheet and hand-rip it into little bite-size pieces, so it lasts for awhile. I don't put it in the fridge and it doesn't go bad (at least not for awhile anyway).Finally, my son loves it! It is crunchy and tastes good as far as seaweed goes. I am happy that I found this one and have been recommending it to other parent friends. Thank you!!

These are perfect for gimbap rolls, or just tearing up on top of rice. They are crispy, taste fresh and delicious, and the large number of sheets per package will last quite a long time. Fantastic value!!

I've tried other nori brands at the grocery store but I found this brand on Amazon at a great price. Once I open the bag I put the remaining sheets in a square, really airtight plastic container and it keeps fresh for a really long time. I'm very pleased with this product.The secret is keeping it in a plastic, airtight container, not in a baggie. Baggies do not work well at all. Since seaweed is a very healthy food product, I usually pull out a sheet every couple days and tear it into tiny squares that I can set with my meal. It's a nice, slightly salty nori that can be munched on with a meal, or as a snack. I feel very good about the fact that it is also organic. I rate this product a 5 star.

Good price for it being organic, very tasty and the self resealing zip-lock is very useful. Was vacuum sealed for freshness. Worked great for sushi, onigiri and even just being used to make rice topping.

This is my first time trying this. I am trying to find something more than those little packs, that disturb me lol! I also love Nora seaweed snacks and will always buy that because there is nothing else like it at all! A little pricey for the amount I eat! Anyway, I like this product but seemed a bit chewy to me although I can see the need for sushi and such. Thickness was very good I think and pretty even across the board! It’s seems very functional to where I can eat it as is or tear into pieces and fill with whatever I like into a bite size sack which I like because I can only eat a little bit at a time so I can graze through the day.. it seemed very fresh to me and love the resealable bag which is a good thickness also but still have to be careful as to not crumble the seaweed but it seems pretty durable! All in all I’m liking it so far! I may see if they have a double roasted one, maybe a bit crispier. We shall see, who knows where this food journey will take me lol

We wanted to make our own sushi rolls - for the first time and it was DELICIOUS!!! I like to eat as organic as possible and this it perfect. Since we have never done sushi before, I was thinking about getting one of these sets, but I am happy I did not.I love that this nori is organic. These are not the oiled, salted seaweed you may be more used to. These are dry, unseasoned sheets. I use them to make seaweed rolls.I bought two 50-sheet packages, which is quite a bit. Per sheet, this is a good price because many nori packages only have 10 or so sheets. I can see why some may say it's better to buy the smaller packs if you don't eat these quickly enough because you want these to remain dry, instead of becoming a bit chewy over time. The package says to store in refrigerator upon opening - I'm still getting use to that part because considering how humid a refrigerator is, I was surprised by the direction. Maybe it's the anti-moisture packet inside each package, but I haven't had any issues with moisture of sogginess when I use it over few weeks. The sheets are packaged in zipper-closed bag, making storage a breeze.The price may seem high, but you get many sheets for that money. Check out the per-sheet price of other nori you see. If you want to eat these plain, like those individually packaged, salted, oily ones, you will be disappointed, but these can be healthy snacks for young kids who haven't been exposed to the other kind - be sure to cut them into smaller pieces; you can crease/fold to break them.
