When I first received my mophie power station, I wanted to return it because it was so big (it’s almost the size of a tablet). I ended up not returning it because 1-I ripped the package open like a savage, 2- I was in a time crunch because the delivery was delayed a day or two (for some reason I don’t recall why) and I was leaving for a two week trip the day after I received it, and 3- i’m lazy and sometimes is the worst at remembering to return things. The best thing I did for my trip was bringing this charger with me. I was in a foreign country, constantly using gps, camera, instsgram, Snapchat, and chats, draining my battery by like 40% before I even leave the hotel room. This battery pack was a life saver! It charged my phone up really quick, always kept my phone powered up so I had no issues using the apps and gps. At first I thought the battery pack was too big, but its thin and fits in most purses I own so I’ve grown to like it now.Fully charging the battery pack might take over night since your juicing itnuonfor 8 full charges. It’s worth it.

Not really sure what to say about this yet....thoroughly researched this item based on Amazon ratings of this and other Mophie producst/the Mophie website; VERY disappointed, however, as upon opening the battery (which according to Mophie and packaging is supposed to come pre-charged and ready to use) found it was only at 14%! So, the other reviewer with similar experience is not alone in that discovery. Also, it took almost 24, yes, 24, hours to bring it up to a full charge. Makes me wonder if I might have a dud...I guess time will tell on that one.

I purchased based on so many positive reviews. I purchased 4 years ago a Mophie external phone battery and it was the best charger I have ever used. It is still working but I was looking for a charged that can charge my tablet and my phone at the same time. I found it in this charger. The only draw backs are the size. It is just a little smaller then a mini Ipad. It also doesn't come with charging cords. That is one thing I really loved about my older charger. Everything was compact and I didn't need to use my own cords. The performance of this battery is amazing. It charges your phone and iPad quickly and it doesn't take long at all to charge.

I was trying to replace my Mophie dual charger (that was stolen out of my car) that we purchased from Verizon last year, I thought this one was it and it was my lucky day, but this thing is HUGE. My old power bank was about the size of my galaxy note 5, this one is the size of a 7" tablet (possibly larger), but I still like how much power it holds, and it still comes in handy.

This is a lot larger than I thought that it would be. I looked at the measurements and even the website, but until you get it in your hands it is hard to judge the size. I got a great price for this, so I will just keep it and put it in my tablet case.

I will say that I was a little worried at first. When I received it was not charged at all, like the description states. I was going to send it back, the seller was going to replace it without a problem. I decided to charge it, then tested it on my iPhone and it worked fine. I then charged it again, tested my iPad on it. The description says you should be able to get 2 charges but I barely got 1 charge for the iPad. With that said, I didn't intend on charging my iPad anyways, I needed this battery for travel to Ireland with my iPhone. It worked GREAT for the iPhone. I got a couple of days, about 8-9x of use (when iPhone was down to about 20%). I never had to worry about my iPhone. It is a VERY big battery, however, it worked great and so happy I purchased.

I’m a full-time student who is always on the go, and my phone + iPad batteries are always dying. This power bank comes in SO handy because it charges my iPhone 8 Plus within minutes, with more than enough juice for my iPad. It has two charging ports, which is great for charging my phone and my friend’s phones for our nights out. Takes a while to charge from scratch, but when the battery is full, it will stay charged (even after an 8-hour day of charging my phone & iPad). It’s a little heavy; not something you can fit into your pocket or your clutch. But it’s definitely worth it if you travel frequently or if you have devices that die frequently. 10/10 recommend! Also makes a great gift for your freelancer friends. ;)

I was confident of my purchase until I opened the box. The packaging states that this item is pre harmed and ready to use, but when I paired it with the app it only had a 12% charge. Don't promise things you don't deliver. Glad I didn't wait until I needed it to open it. Also, once paired, the estimated charging time is 16+ hours. Are you freaking kidding me? Should have returned it but I threw the box away.

Great price for this portable battery. Have two of these and have never had any problems with them. Bluetooth monitoring is actually really useful and s shame it’s not on more of their products.
