I was given my first one 4 years ago by a friend. She used it as a post-natal wrap and loved it, even using it years after delivery to help support her bad back. I was having back problems (prolapsed disc) and so she gave it to me to try. I LOVED it - the support on my back/core felt great and the mild warming effect kept my muscles mobile, especially in the winter months. After the birth of my first child by C-section, I was desperate for support again and this Waist Trimmer was my rescue! I used it again after my second child was born (again, C-section), with the same great effect and results. Using it after both deliveries helped not only with support, but also facilitated the loss of water retained during pregnancy and after surgery. My stomach became flatter faster both times. I also used it during exercise (between pregnancies and even during). It definitely promotes sweating and therefor water weight loss, both of which help flatten the tummy. After 4 years of use by me and probably 3-4 by my friend who gave it to me, it was finally starting to fall apart. The inside was crumbling off. I will say that I machine washed it, though. Still, I think that's an admirable amount of time for something like this to last! After the delivery of my third child (C-section yet again!), I tried 2 other post-natal wraps and was very disappointed. Although they were great in the support category, I felt like I couldn't move or function, they were so stiff. This stiffness put too much pressure on my tender abs and incision area. They were also very bulky under my clothing and since I wanted something to wear the majority of the day, that was an issue for me. I decided to go back to Baboosh and I'm so glad that I did! Again, I have the support I need, with the added benefit of trimming my waist. As many other reviewers have pointed out, it's mostly water weight. However, when I wear it consistently for the majority of the day, the result is long-lasting. I highly recommend!

I’ve bought many of these wraps in the past (Walmart, Target, Ross) but this truly works. Not only is it comfortable to wear since there are no weird ends or itchy velcro poking you, but it feels like it’s shaping you while getting rid of excess water weight. Highly recommend

Fantastic for postural support! Very easy to wear while working out indoors and outdoors. It will be sweaty after a workout, so just wipe it down. Even if research says waist trainers don't work, I think this one definitely helps your waist.

I discovered I am allergic to Neoprene after wearing this product for one day. The inside area touching your skin is a neoprene. I developed red welts and intense itching. Too bad because I felt really great support wearing it and it was comfortable and it stayed place. So for me a waste of money, but that's my issue, overall it's a great product.

It works as they are suggesting it would. But, it is not a durable product. I have used it about 15 times and it has started to tear. i have followed the washing instruction provided but started to see that it is tearing. I also contacted the seller regarding this issue but haven't received a response.Bottom line: It makes you sweat and makes you feel great about your workout but after having it for a month you might want to throw it away.

This is ok. I had previously used the baboosh tauts waist belt. The tauts version is much higher quality. It is reinforced, thicker and provides more support. This product is ok. It is more of a typical sweat belt that you can buy at any sporting goods store. It definitely makes you sweat. It is fairly comfortable. I've worn it quite a bit and feel as though the more you wear it the more it stretches out. I don't think the life of this product will hold out as I expected.

I love this wrap. I’ve used it after my second and third babies and plan to use it after the fourth. I start wearing it the day after delivery and for at least 6-8 weeks postpartum. After that I usually wear it while I’m working out. It has made a huge difference. I tried a postpartum belly bandit and it doesn’t even compare. This is way more comfortable and works better.

Love this waist trimmer. I use it every time I exercise. I do both strength training and cardio and it holds up well, is comfortable, and makes we sweat like crazy. Highly recommend!
