The item arrived on time. I'm going to try it when I receive my other diet pills I ordered after tomorrow. I read all the reviews and I'm more than sure it's going to work fine for me like so many other countless people seeking help with weight loss. I'm somebody that needs an extra boost. I have thyroid problems and I feel that is contributing to my lack of weight loss. I spend over 2 hours in the gym sweating furiously and I'm not losing. I keep losing water weight, then by the time I go back to the gym in a couple of days the weight is back on. I can't lose the pounds No matter what I do. I'm not eating that much to keep gaining it back like this. I only eat 1 meal a day and drink the 100 calorie no sugar muscle milk during the day with only eating diet bars that have no sugar, celery stalk with peanut butter or carrots for lunch. And I'm alternating it day by day. I drink 1 glass of lactose free milk per day. So I didn't know what else to do except try this. So this has just got to work to help me cut the weight. I want to lose up to 70 pounds and get back to my military body that I used to have. So I'm giving this company and it's products a shot. I hope it helps like I said. I feel desperate to lose. I bought this Atrafen PM pills, the Atrafen Elite and the Orlistol. Like some people suggested. So I really went for the gusto! I need these PM pills cos I always have trouble sleeping after taking aids. So I hope this works good. I have to read what it says on the instructions as to when you need to take it in the evening. These PM pills must not be for sleeping but to continue weight burning at night ONLY. Cos I took the pill last night as directed and I'm still UP wide awake and can't sleep. It's after 4am now. I've been up all night long laying in the bed waiting to see if sleep was going to happen at any moment in time. So far nothing. My eyes won't even close. Not one wink of sleep. Man I'm up as if it were 12 noon right now.Good thing I don't have to go anywhere today. I'll just lay here and try to rest....with my eyes open staring at the dark ceiling in my room. Cos that's the only thing that's blacked out right now.Update: 6am 20 July 2017- well I've been up all night long. So I've decided to adopt Lionel Richie's All Night Long song as my theme song.Oh well..I guess I'll sleep when I'm dead. Instead of laying in bed thinking about sleep, I could have gone out last night and partied hard. Somebody had to have ladies night somewhere. I guess I should have joined my neighbor across the street last night when they were playing loud music and singing loud old skool songs instead of calling the police for them to turn that crap down at midnight. Oh well... next time.Update: 22 July 2017- the pills kicked in and I'm getting sleep now.

I thought this would be a good little addition to my nightly routine and help boost some calorie burn. I can say that yes it does make me sleepy and sleep better but I have no idea as to the calories burned. Weight has been the same even with very restrictive diet and mainly plant based. So I do not think I would buy again especially after I got a free bottle offer in the box.If you give away a bottle for free if I buy one then how are you sure the reviewed aren’t completely or partially biased? The bottle will get finished but I will not be re buying or getting the free bottle. What does that say for quality if every bottle is a give away offer and also how is that cost effective. Obviously the cost is much higher than the wholesale to the point that it can be given away for free.Update: This totally messes up your stomach and intestines. No thank you. I want my money back.

30 day Update -For me this product has been nothing short of a miracle and trust me ...I have tried everything. I have always been avid fitness practitioner and eat well. However, at 59 my metabolism was at a crawl. I had blood work done and other than slightly low vitamin B, the doctor could not find anything medically. He suggested we could cut back on my hormone replacement, which I did and felt like I was going insane. That route was not for me. Fast forward. I started about two months ago with AtraFen sublingual drops and noticed that I had no cravings and my appetite no longer managed me. After 30 days and reading reviews on AtraFen PM, I decided to add that to my regime. Wow... what a difference. Yes I sleep well, but that was never really an issue although I would say I wake up more refreshed. Never groggy. I have not increased my workout regime. My eating did change only because I no longer craved carbs or food in general.I do not know how much weight I have lost as I have never been a scale person. But I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8 in 2 months.September 2017 - Just received this product a few days ago. I can honestly say that Atrafen PM really helps me to sleep. I take it about 30 minutes before bed and before I know it I can barely keep my eyes open. Over the weekend when it was not necessary to get up early... I woke around 7:30 and felt great. This morning I had to get up at 5 and I was a bit groggy for about half an hour. But I feel fine now.Not sure how my metabolism is doing but if the increased bowel movements is a method to judge it by... then it is working. I will follow-up with my review after I have taken it for a few weeks.
