I love that this laundry detergent is super concentrated. It saves money and effort because extra water isn’t getting shipped and it’s also easier to haul around and generally just takes up less space and packaging. Which I feel is just a bit kinder to our environment. It also works great. I love the Free & Clear and that’s pretty much all we use. I’ve also used it to prep organic cotton cloth diapers and it works well. And I also use it as a stain remover on any known stains before washing. I either use it straight for stubborn stains or in a small (maybe 12 oz.) spray bottle with 4 pumps and filled up to the top with water. I apply directly to the clothing and sometimes let it set and it’s never altered the color of any clothing. It’s effectively removed many (maybe all) stains except oily stains from cooking food. We’ve reordered it countless times and will likely continue. Used to get it from Target because of our RedCard debit discount but now we order from Amazon as our local store doesn’t carry this product any longer. Price is still good here on Amazon. Would recommend!

We *love* Method laundry detergent. It cleans everything, we've never had a problem with it. There isn't a scent for the Free and Clear, but our clothes do have a fresh/clean smell. Ordering from Amazon is great because we always need laundry detergent and now instead of 1 more item to remember to put in our shopping cart and haul home, we just get Method delivered to our doorstep and can put it directly in our cupboard.The spout on the pouch make it easy to pour the detergent. There is a rod on the side so you have a 'handle' to hold while pouring. The bags are very stiff so when I'm trying to get the last bit of detergent out I simply balance the pouch on top of the detergent bottle and leave it there upside down to drain out the rest of the detergent.I love that Method considers the environment in so many aspects of their product: the concentrated detergent, selling refills, using pouches instead of hard plastic :)

Love the fact that there is so little packaging for the refill of the laundry detergent. The firm bar in the packing is genius to allow you to control while you refill your bottle while not adding a lot of extra plastic. Packaging is all well and good but the product actually cleans well too. I have animals and am pretty atheletic so there are some strong odors in most of my loads of laundry. This detergent gets rid of all the nasty odors and just leaves it smelling clean without any extra scents to try and mask anything. It is great to find a laundry detergent that works well and is good for the environment.

After getting hooked on Method products, I went searching for a decent price on the refills. What I found was the 85 Load Refill on Amazon with the Subscribe and Save options. Being my first subscribe and save purchase, I am afraid I will soon be addicted to having items of need delivered at my doorstep before I even remember that I needed to add them to the grocery list. What a luxury!But enough about the service. I love the Method Laundry Detergent. Having a house full of sensitive skinned people, this detergent gets clothes clean without all the additives that make us itch. I'm quite please with the product's performance as well as the rate at which we use it. I was very concerned that it would really need more than the 4 squirts to get clothes clean, but it doesn't. I'll be using this detergent as long at it keeps appearing on my doorstep!

I hope Method makes this detergent forever! I have been using it for two or three years and have not gone back to anything else. It cleans great. The refill bags make me feel good about not using a ton of extra plastic packaging. I do find it a tad messy to refill, but I probably just need to be more careful. After going through about 4 bags of the refill, I decided to replace my pump because it got sticky.My only complaint is that the refill bags are 85 loads and the pumps are either 50 or 75. Both leave a partial bag so the next time I refill I need two bags to fill up completely. I also think the packaging for the laundry detergent should be more differentiated from the hand soap. I once accidentally refilled my hand soap with laundry detergent. Again, I could have prevented this by being more careful, so its more of a wish than a complaint.

We got this so we wouldn't need to buy so many hard plastic bottles, and have used it to refill the original bottle we bought.The product works well. Clothes have come out clean, do not have any overbearing smell, and do not irritate my skin. I also like that it is less weight and bulk to carry. I have noticed that Seventh Generation have introduced a fully compostable bottle, we will try that soon, and I hope that Method can introduce similar packaging.

Love this detergent. No fragance. No dyes. No allergies! Great for the HE washers I use. Easy to carry to the laundry room. No mess or measuring. Convenient and cost effective per load.Used to buy it at my local Target, but they’ve stopped carrying it.

If this can get our cloth diapers clean, this will clean anything you throw at it! We have not had any issues with the pump, and we're on the third or fourth refill bag so far. It seems to work well at any temperature and rinses out easily, however our water is neither too hard nor too soft (it's juuuuust right). Free & Clear works best for us with a baby (plus a wife who doesn't like scented anything), and we don't have to wash our clothes separately since we all use the same detergent. We love it!

Have loads of method on subscribe and save and now reuse old method washing up bottles and buy the refills. Really like the fresh smell of this and it last for a long time. We have two kids and a dog so I fill up the sink with washing up liquid at least 5 or 6 times a day and 2 refills does me 2 months.

Have been a fan of Method products for a few years now, and refills are the way to go. Almost as effective as the non-ecologically friendly detergents, but so much kinder to your hands.

Love this washing up liquid, I seem to react to fairy liquid so thought I’d give this a try and it’s fab, no sore hands!

Not as strong as fairy but still quite efficient and best of all it won't damage the nvironment.
