Samsung QE43LS03AAUXXU 43" The Frame, QLED, Dual LED, Art Mode, AI Sound, Slim Fit Wall Mount

We tend to stick to Samsung tvs as they are reliable and have a good picture. Bought this one because we wanted to replace our kitchen tv with something that does not just look like a big black square on our wall and this fits the bill perfectly. Picture is excellent, sound is fine for a flat screen but, just as importantly for us in this situation, it looks great in art mode displaying art (we subscribed to the Samsung Art store for around £30 pa) and photos. Easy to install, the connect box works a treat, although it is big, and ypu really cannot see the joining cable. Great price and service and prompt delivery from the supplier as well. Overall, very happy.

We bought this primarily so that we could have a screen in our living room but one that doesn't draw much attention. And this Frame really does do the trick: so much so, that even friends with Frames themselves didn't notice it :)I love the solar powered remote control - no more hunting for batteries :)There is a traditional remote also supplied, which is really good.

Very good TV when it works, but we had ours for about 4 months and then one day I went to switch it on and nothing...black screen...then ensued about 4 months of back and fore phone calls with Samsung, I had to send video proof etc, and then they sent out a new one-connect cable and that still didn't fix it, they then eventually sent out a whole new TV and I sent them the 'old' one back. I haven't heard what was up with it but it was very frustrating how long it took to sort out and also doesn't fill me with confidence with how long this one will last but to be fair it has lasted about a year so far so hopefully a one off.

I bought this TV for the kitchen wall but didn't want it to stick out like a saw thumb so figured art mode would help it blend in, and that it does! Guests are pretty surprised that it's actually a TV when I turn it on from being in art mode.I'm really pleased with the free art they offer, after having heard people complaining and talk of the subscription fee to the art store, I was pleasantly surprised by the art available to choose from without having to subscribe.The picture quality is spot on and the TV is packed full of features that make it a pleasure to use and super easy to set up. Everything was done from my phone (Samsung Note) in a matter of minutes and I was auto logged in to my Netflix, Prime, Alexa and Spotify accounts. Being able to use your phone as a remote and use the keyboard to search is a brilliant feature but even without this the smart remote would be more than adequate.The TV comes with an ultra low profile wall mounting bracket and template to make wall mounting easy, even for someone who isn't overly confident with DIY. 4 Holes drilled following the template and instructions and it's done.To accompany the close to the wall fit there's just one cable that goes in to the back of the TV. This is 5 metres long and really quite thin so running this in to a wall isn't a massive issue if you're looking for a streamline and cable free mounting place. The wire then runs in to the one connect box which has all the HDMI ports etc.The only negative point I have regarding this TV is that the sound quality isn't as good as I was hoping for but I suppose this is the compromise you make with such a slim TV.

Not impressed with this company. The TV seems fine, though the description clearly states that it includes a wall mount, which it does not.This is very misleading to customers. I would have purchased from another company who I know do include the wall mount, at no extra cost. I am now being asked to pay £50 for return postage. Not impressed.

Problem with the auto shutdown/activation.

I cannot review this product as I didn’t even plug it in, the box had already been open and used !!!
