This is the best pate I've ever purchased. The flavor is very full without being overpowering. It is equal to anything I've been served in fine restaurants in NYC, Hong Kong or Tokyo. An incredible bargain for the price.

I was hesitant about buying duck liver pate over the net. However it was delivered quickly and was super fresh. Tasted like the pate we ate from the boucheree in Paris. I am definitely ordering again.

The product arrived (by U.S. Post) mail and was put in an exterior mailbox. The aspic topping melted away from the top of the Mousse and migrated to the bottom of the package. it was a warm day and the package probably spent 2 to 3 hours in a metal box outside. The product was rendered tasteless and I threw it out. The take-away? The only time to deliver Pate' is during cold weather. Do not order if outside temp is above 55 degrees.
