SkyGenius Battery Operated Clip on Stroller Fan, Portable Mini Desk Fan Rechargeable(Blue)

this fan is AMAZING !! I had to use it for military training. I had to stay in the female berthing where it gets a little stuffy and I clipped it to the bunk bed and not only did it keep me cool all night I was able to charge my phone. For being a little fan it the settings on it are great ! I literally can use it on the lowest setting and it works all night. It is extremely quiet and love that it doesn’t have to be plugged in for it to work. Battery life on it is great, have only needed to charge it a few times here and there but it can definitely run a while. It’s light weight and perfect to use anywhere without taking much space.

In my opinion, this is the best battery operated fan available. I have purchased several fans and this model is superior to the others for several reasons. It has 2 lithium batteries so it can go for at least 36 hours on low speed. without recharging. The convenient air speed control knob allows you to select the exact amount of air flow desired. The fan angle is very adjustable and it has a secure clamp. It emits a soft, pleasant sound when operating that can serve as gentle white noise for sleeping. I travel internationally and this fan has proven to be very useful for comfort in a variety of situations. Please note that this review is for the black model of the SkyGenius fan with 2 batteries. There are other models of SkyGenius fans that have only one battery. The extra battery does not alter the size of the fan but it offers a significantly longer run time between recharging. The model with 2 batteries is well worth the extra cost.

Great fan but let me vent right away on the batteries. As I figured, they are not the best. In fact one battery will not hold a charge or even charge to full. The other battery does not charge to the rated amount but it does work. I kind of knew that would be the case with this so i'm not stressing it to much. However, I would suggest looking into buying some backup batteries from someplace like Battery Junction to have just in case. I expect the ones that came with the fan to bite the dust quickly. BE SURE to get the batteries that are NOT button top 18650s. Battery junction will help you with questions if needed. There is a size difference between button top and flat tops. Button tops will in no way fit in this fan. Now for the Fan -- This thing is great. Works just as advertised with no issues at all. Great air push for it's size. You must be careful when rotating the fan to be sure not to spin it around all the way. There are wires running through those pivot points and you must rotate until it stops and then rotate back. I can easily see how some reviews are complaining about this breaking. I can also imagine that they forced the fan to continue to go around which strained the pivot points. The fan seems solid but as with anything there are precautions. I can see many years of use coming from this item if it is not abused. As for the USB cord, well it works but it could be longer. It is a fairly cheap USB cord and I plan on replacing it with a much better and longer one. They could have added a decent quality cord that was a bit longer for this price but again, not a deal breaker. I may still buy a second or third fan as backups. Not bad overall.

The speed is not adjustable when running on USB unless battery is installed. The wind flow is pretty brisk, tho not quiet - particularly as the speed is increased. Convenient.

These little fans have a lot of power! The battery lasts a long time too. I use them at my desk, in the car, for the dog crate, and anywhere else I need cooling. The clamp is so convenient and works as a regular base too. I also like that they work plugged in, so they don't have to be charged to work.

Have had one of these for several years with no issues . Very handy . Come in from summer work , very refreshing personal fan . Ordered this one as back up . First one still going strong . New one does not offer oscillation . No problem .

I’m so impressed with this fan - this is the third model of “stroller fan” we’ve purchased and I just assumed it would be another ‘one-season’ purchase. I feel like this fan is going to be around for awhile. What I love:The speed of the fan is unmatched, it’s not a light breeze on high it’s like an actual strong fan - with a sliding dial on the back of the fan (AWAY FROM SMALL FINGERS Y’ALL) the fan has an option of low to high.I love how the fan head has so many position options. A different model we purchased had a “gooseneck” that always ended up either right in the baby’s face, moving around, and eventually completely broke off the fan itself landing in the trash.The clip is big, big enough to clip on the side of the stroller, in the car, and stands alone as a base for tabletop use (best feature!).The rechargeable battery is the cherry on top - I can’t tell you how many times I was out and about with other fans only to arrive and the batteries were dead, with no AA or AAA batteries around. Also, one of my fans had a screw locking the battery compartment, I literally kept a screwdriver and batteries in my car 🙄 not necessary with this fan! The usb charger provided can be plugged into your car charger while you’re heading to your destination and the battery will be full of life! Lasts forever!Definitely recommend this fan!!
